obviously you know nothing of military vehicles, they suck for speed, most come with a gov. granted they can take a beating but not built for speed, hard to control, and they are no where near as comfortable as civilian vehicles.

bigblue is correct...the busch cars are differant because of the horsepower between nextel cups (more horsepower in nextel cars). The nextel cars are bigger too.
The Busch cars enjoy different specifications than Cup cars.
There is no difference except for the people who drive the cars.
