Need a NASCAR expert.?
Question:I've got a unbroken side panel of a number 88. The panel itself is green in color. I'm sure its an elder one. Also has adjectives the stickers and everything on both sides of the 88. If anyone can help me I can email some pics. Thanks!
Answers:
#88 Mountain Dew Chevy driven by Darrell Waltrip, owned by DiGard most possible Waddell Wilson crew chief, run in the slow 70's. Want a pic? Check out Stooge at AllExperts.com, send a request beside your email address and I'll send you one.

Actually, this could enjoy been from Ricky Rudd, Bobby Allison, Geoff Bodine, or Rusty Wallace, too. They drove the DiGard ride when DW go to Jr. Johnson's team contained by 1981. The sponsor switched to Gatorade and these drivers drove in '81, '82, '83 and '84 respectively. Will be complicated to pin down exactly but if you want to send me a pic showing the undamaged piece I will compare it to pics I have and see if I can amount it out for you. gmentries(a)yahoo.com or contact me thru AllExperts.com as mentioned above.
Currently the number 88 is used by Dale Jarrett and the UPS car. So what you hold is older if it is A Winston Cup vehicle. Green is considered unlucky in Nascar. The lone green car I can remember contained by years past would be the "Skoal Bandit" driven by Harry Gant but I cant remember if 88 be his number.
This is a complete list of drivers that enjoy had the #88. Maybe you can research them and find the green saloon you're looking for. Good luck!!
Maybe it was a special paint commission for Arnold Palmer?
i think he is right darrel waltrip
Was this side panel from a cup sports car? Maybe a Busch car? (I remember a green # 88 surrounded by the Busch series a few years ago, don't remember who drive it) It could also be from an ARCA car or any other local race series across the country. Lets get the series correct first later we can narrow it down. Tell me more roughly speaking the stickers beside the 88 and the font of the 88 itself would help too.
Average Life Expectancy of New Motorcyclist?
Question:I've heard that the average enthusiasm expectancy of a new motorcyclist contained by the U.S. is only 90 days. I'm trying to find out if this is reality or fiction. I've tried several search engines but can't find anything.
Answers:
Think in the order of it.
How do you become an experienced motorcyclist if your life expectancy is 90 days.
Of course it is fiction
That's an older story, came out in the order of the same time as the 1969 kaw Mach lll 500, might own had some truth vertebrae then since they have drum brakes :(
If I had to guess the average existence expectancy of a new motorcylist I would say-so the mid 70s.
That is definitely fiction.
Unhappy cowardly ancestors always come up beside rediculous factoids to say almost things they are too afraid to explore themselves. It's their way of rationalizing their fright, so they don't have to promise with it. At like peas in a pod time, it is taking a dig at those of whom they are envious.
These are the inhabitants that like to command things for others. Motorcycles, bikinis, you name it, anything. Thank piety we live in America, and most of the time we a moment ago have to hear these populace gripe. The other fraction of the time we have to dodge these same mindless relatives drifting lane to lane or purposely trying to run us down because we are "so dangerous doing a tour."
With some training, caution, protective gear, and the right bike, you could ride your entire lifetime sour road or even on road and never get seriously hurt.
How do you become eligible to see F-1/NASCAR?
Answers:
Lots of talent
lots of money
most of all talent - ppl imagine anyone can drive a race coup¨¦ because they drive fast and relaxed on the freeway or mountain roads.
Well get beside 42 other ppl that feel alike way and see what happen
$.lots of $
First you have to be a hick, afterwards you have to be from the south.
Well, for F1 you hold to be a pompus (a)ss, for NASCAR you have to be a hillbilly (a)ss.
HOw heaps nascar fan hold see a formula one see?
Answers:
I have! I really enjoy it, too. Formula is great even though it's different than NASCAR. There are pros and cons to both styles of racing, and I must read aloud I prefer NASCAR more than formula. However, I won't put Formula down because I love it and love watching the races!
count me as one
I enjoy. I don't like F1, I love NASCAR, though.
GO Dale Earnhardt Jr., Martin Truex Jr., & Mark Martin!! :)
I hold, and while I think F1 fan are just as devout as NASCAR fan, I can't get into F1. Not exciting adequate for me, someone who likes to see nitty-gritty, three-wide race with more endorsement and drama than F1 races..but hey, F1 fan are entitled to their opinion.
I own, but I thought it was boring. I'm not trying to bash it or anything, I simply don't like it.
GO DALE GO!!!#8

I am a see fan. And yes, I am a Nascar devotee.
I have watch many F1 events on TV, and hold attended four F1 events. I don't like to phone call them races, more close to follow the leader and I don`t know he'll break down.
But I will grant the point you are trying to net. Probably, most Nascar fans own not seen a single F1 see.
I have found that watching a see is usually not interesting unless you can identify, and identify with, the cars and drivers. While I find it incredible that F1 fan cannot appreciate the skill required to go from 10th to 1st within one lap at Talladega, I adopt that the main point is that they just don't certificate the cars and don't see the action explicitly taking place.
The same would apply to most Nascar fan. They would find it difficult (the TV announcers find it difficult) to tell the F1 troop cars apart.
yeah on the speed channel
i survey a lot of race on TV including F1 Indy cart but i lve NASCAR!!!!!!...
I've be to the Montreal Gran Prix twice
I have. If it's race my family is watching it.
I've be to every F1 race at Indy, 3 times surrounded by Monteal, A1 ring in Austria, German Grand Prix and of late sunday, the French Grand Prix. And Yes, I am a Nascar fan also!
i've never see one from start to finish, not enough commotion. i prefer NASCAR with side by side, bumper to bumber, exciting race. and the cars acually PASS each other
I don't own any interest in formula one, so I enjoy not seen one. But I am a huge supporter of nascar and I have Nascar photos on my yahoo360 page.
I sure own but I just tend to survey more stock cars cuz I relate to the drivers better and they arent foreign. I am an All American girl and tend to support things American.
not me i tried to watch it but i really did not know any of the drivers i contemplate racing is fun when you hold someone to root for
I dont get contained by 2 F1 but i love Nascar we go 2 a see once a year. GO DALE JR!
I have be to Rockingham, Pheonix Raceway, California Speedway, Monaco, Spa, Silverstone, A1 Ring, Monza . to see F1 and NASCAR.
They are both great, very different though. For example pressure fuelling suits the emblem of Grand Prix but the "milk churn" fuelling of NASCAR is great fun.
Montoya will have deeply of fun
I HAVE ITS OK BUT I LOVE NASCAR
