it probably isn't as restricted as you would think or as it claims. if it is simply a print.. here was a photo of some of the deed and since this was the final knees in which his duration was also cut short it be mass printed and is available pretty much EVERYWHERE..

Couldn't even open to tell you, b/c the virtuous Lord only know what has be passed through, esp, before inspections get ridiculously tight. I mean, you're conversation these guys could do a lot near their cars when it was unsophisticatedly Big Bill running the whole show. Now in that are people who work specifically surrounded by inspections and catch everything in a minute.
There have be some doozies and I would totally agree that DW's is right up there on the top, LOL.
Inspections up to that time the race are particularly strict.

pre-race inspections enjoy become very strict...they enjoy not only taken away parts of cars, but unharmed cars...so cheating these days kinda sturdy, i am sure that its still managable but you better be really crafty
