Which stops quicker, cars or bikes?

Cars, because the grip levels are much sophisticated than in a bike. You own over a ton pushing on 4 tires, a bike is under 100kg and it one and only has 2 wheel.
Plus, in a bike, usually you brake next to only one of the wheel. In a car, the braking force is human being directed to ALL 4 wheels and brake systems.
I am making the F1-MotoGP comparison here. Bikes enjoy metal discs, which make the vehicle a bit harder to stop; the braking power of F1 discs, however, is positively huge.
Cars, the more wheels the faster the stop.

Depends on the gear. I muse bike though, but you have to own a tight grib. For a car, you stop, but you liberal of slide a little...havent you notice?

Motorcycles stop quicker BY FAR. They are much lighter and use the same technology as cars. They expedite faster, and stop quicker.
Cars will stop faster then motorcycles at speeds surrounded by excess of 60 MPH. While a motorcycle has smaller amount mass it lacks the surface contact with the tires for abrubt stops. Car tires enjoy a larger surface contact area per tire. While cars enjoy considerably more mass, they also have the weightiness pushing down on the tires to allow more friction. Cars can, with appropriate suspension, out corner a motorcycle. Don't want to believe this consequently watch the both motorcycle GP race and Formula 1 on the same tracks. It is simply the law of physics.
Bikes by far. They weigh a fraction of what a car does and enjoy similarly sized front brakes.
Even in a sports car the front brakes do most of the braking because the weight shifts to the front respectively time you apply the brakes due to inertia (objects in motion stay within motion).

At Daytona coast on February 15, 1948, Red Byron beat Marshall Teague within the Modified division race. NASCAR have several divisions in its untimely years.
What today is called the "Nextel Cup" series be originally called "Strictly Stock," subsequently renamed "Grand National." The first "Strictly Stock" race be held in Charlotte North Carolina on June 19, 1949. If memory serves me right the smash was a bootlegger name Glen Dunaway. When the car get to post race inspection it be discovered that Glen had hemper springs (today call coil overs) on his car which made is not stock, but a modifed saloon and he was disqualified. I believe the win be given to Jim Roper in a Lincolin. Hope I help.

I live in Tx, and I frozen that they were illegal(underbody lights) But inside the vehicle, I dont think so.(But Im not really sure Where i live they really dont receive to big of a deal because I other see people driving around next to them. Why are they illegal anyway?
