Can a 2 opposing ring gears be use as a brake?

I don't know how you would use this setup, i guess a picture or more information would be good.
If you mean two ring gears on one pinion gear, iof you had some sort of variable limited slip between them i guess you could use it a brake of sorts, since they would be spinning in opposite directions

Question:I have hear that they had laser-drilled holes within the front-right wheel, that kept it from building pressure. Therefore he could keep hold of it from loosing grip, as the run went on. Has anyone hear anything more about this?

Its one of those gray areas within the rule book, but they have be told not to do it again.
I have not hear about the one yesterday. The one contained by March was the concluding one I heard give or take a few.

I believe to be exact a unconfirmed rumor explicitly being spread to tarnish the win that Kevin experienced. I own been on smudge with Nascar and they still own not confirmed any statements.
