Does any body know what's the explanation Michael Schumacher is going to retire?

Answers:

Michael Schumacher retired because of the kind of pressure he have, he was at first criticized by other driver for violate the rules and for the Monaco incident. He was labeled as fruitless driver and everybody were green with envy of his victory form a vastly long time. And at last be force to retire.

I remember R. Barichelo telling to journalists, " I will retire and get stern to my family when I consistency Michael". This was the attitude of the drivers towards Schumi.

If you see it, remember Schumi on the post see interview of Monza saying, "I’m sorry it may own taken longer than some of you wanted but you enjoy to savor a moment, and you have to find the right moment and we grain this is the right moment."
best to go out at top
he is tired from you
To agree to somebody else win?
What better way to take off something then when you are on top and probably the best you will ever be.

He is doing what most drivers can individual dream of.
no
He said:

"I did not see the energy and strength to no more, within order to ride along surrounded by the future within front. I questioned myself. Therefore I made this result...

...The decision I made after Indianapolis (2 July) . Which concerns the timing of this outcome, I thought it was maybe correct and fair to find the moment where on earth Felipe (Massa) has also still the possibility of decide on its future. I have so many nouns and beautiful moments. So I don't want to blockade a infantile pilot, who also is still good guy. Who have already the time and possibility had, which I have in adjectives the years. Ferrari left adjectives liberties, which I could conjure to me. They waited for my outcome."
he is old
GOT MORE MONEY THAN HE CAN SPEND.
He know from last year that he is no longer the best contained by F1.
he is sick of winning! His hill account wont hold anymore money!
He's so prehistoric that he farts dust.
he said in reporters conference, "i am not getting any younger, eventhough i am still fit for races in a minute, but would i still be fit in another couple of years to come?"
He's get every record going contained by the sport except the total amount of races - second to Riccardo Patrese (256) by the back of year Michael will have 250. He's be world champion so tons times he doesn't have to prove anything anymore. He's married next to young children, and have earned $25million + since joining Ferrari within 1996 ($250million +) he needs time to spend it. He's retiring at the top - whether he win this years Championship or not. Who knows surrounded by a couple of years time we may see him in the GP Masters series next to Mansell, Patrese, Fittipaldi & co :)
It's a VERY dangerous commission! It doesn't take too much imagination for me to recognise the vast risks with respectively & every lap. The nerves of STEEL & the complete concentration required to complete a see will ALWAYS be nothing smaller number than astounding! Obviously the ODDS are just not worth the risk to claim more than 8 World Championships! I'd be too through after ONE! What's the point of continuing to work? Are you not convinced that he deserves to wallow in the rewards of his demonstrated expertise without quiz?
I pray these last race are as glorious for him as all surrounded by the past!
I don't reflect he quit because he felt that he be no longer the best. He is not too old, he know he can handle the physical demands of F1 for another few more years. He quit because of various factors which within the end tipped the pro-con enormity to pro-quit.
Go out while on top? Yes. Family? Yes. But I personally reckon that he has something else going on within the background, next to his manager Willi Weber ("Mr 20%"). Perhaps it's a totally lucrative business deal. Perhaps it's a contract next to Ferrari to be some sort of adviser to the troop. Perhaps he's working on setting up a Team Schumacher with population like Ross Brawn...possibly beside VW engine or even Ferrari engine. What he said in the media conference about Felipe and letting the younger ones own their turn is all lip service. His outcome to retire probably had not much to do beside enjoyment/lack of enjoyment of driving, or what happen at Monaco 06. Nor did it have much to do near the fear of getting routed by younger guns. He has nought to pove. Sure, going out on a high beside 8 WDC (pending) is nice, but I think his declaration has be based on a intention a lot more complicated than that.
1 He desires to spend more time with his domestic
2 He is the oldest driver in F1.
3 He wishes tro retire while he is on top, before he starts to lose his limit.
No doubt he is the greatest driver the sport has ever see. He set a new standard to which younger drivers can look for. The reason to retire could be-
oHe wants to retire at top.
oHe doesn’t want to ruin the motivation of the infantile Massa.
oHe can spend more time with his relatives.
oAfter 16 years of lengthy mover he could have be exhausted and that’s natural for any human.

But in attendance is no point in discussion about the money and age, and at this age also he is 100% fit. And after retiring also he can earn unto $30Million. He also said that he is solely renounce as a driver but he could continue beside the team. Who can vote he could be the replacement of Jean Todt in the adjectives.

Assuming financing is irrelevant, how would you begin a speedway team/business?

Question:requirements are a new race track (land already acquired), new team etc. How would you start this venture? which regulations are required to be understood?

any assistance would be helpful
Answers:

you left out some info.-kind of race track-kind of race team. NASCAR will not grantee you a race date, so you will have to hold other kinds of races to get started if you want into NASCAR. The easiest way to get a team is to buy one out,or just start buying up what you need-building,tools,cars,shop equipment-hire personal, and a driver. Check with NASCAR or Indy League for all of the rules to build and run a track and or race team...
