What are the all your own of an F1 driver?
Question:Beside lightning reaction, talent, concentration and tolerance.. what else?
Answers:
If you asked guys like Kimi and JPM what characteristics of driver you should be, they'll probably say something resembling "Move aside when you see the blue flag and get the hell out of my way"
Self-centredness (not neccessarily a appropriate thing, but frequent F1 drivers tend to adopt this approach).
Single mindedness (as above).
Pathological desire to win and beat the crap out of aversion (just ask Michael).
Technical knowledge and handiness to communicate with engineers and contribute good feedback.
Good anticipation.
Experience.
Luck.
The idyllic F1 driver, besides that, is photogenical, open, comfortable to work with, communicative, and a pleasant soul to be around.
Something that Raikkonen never is and never will be. I seem to mull over you're supporting him: no offence, but he is the iciest individuality in recent F1.
I don't know why, but they do hold much shorter racing career than NASCAR drivers, that's for sure...
It helps if you're short.
Petulance (Fernando Alonso exhibited that during the season), the power to manufacture excuses, a propensity for blaming other drivers for your mistakes, a lascivious temper (James Hunt was well brought-up at this) and a fondness for becoming inebriated and thrown out of night clubs (Kimi Matias R"aikk"onen have been certain to do this).
All characteristics also associated with family I've known over the years.
Other than the typical athlete things you mentioned close to talent and practice, I'd say F1 drivers stipulation pure fearlessness.
I'm not talking more or less just driving at a ridiculous speed, but also stimulating one of the most high-tech vehicles surrounded by the world to perform at the blatant limits. You'd enjoy to be a different breed to ignore the reality that the smallest error could cause you to crash critically. If you don't have this all your own, I don't think you could ever really succeed surrounded by auto racing.
For Schumacher haters.?
Question:How low do you think the idiot can budge after all the cases of cheating contained by his career?
Especially his 3 biggies: Adelaide 1994, Jerez 1997, Monaco 2006 (or, as some newspapers call it, Rascasse-gate :P )
And what do you ruminate of his stubborn determination to steal the show from young drivers that deserve a flawless chance to fracas for the title?
(Alonso and Raikkonen got the likelihood to fight for the title, respectively of them twice. There are other youngsters waiting for a top spot. They should be allowed to use quality equipment. Like conceivably a Ferrari if Schumacher retires.)
Plus, how much of a moron is he?
Answers:
I think that Schumi get desperate, esp at the Monoco race. It's so strong to pass here (if you can at all) so if you start from pole, chances are you may win.
I don't dislike him, nor do I close to him. I wish he would own retired when at the top. As of now, I will remember him not as a world winner but as that driver that cheated in Monoco. I don't reckon that is the approach to go out.
He's well brought-up, but he's not great. He's a made champion by the squad and the car approaching Nigel Mansell, not a champion on talent resembling Piquet, Senna and Prost. I really miss the 1980s F1 races.
The solely truly great driver F1 has have since Prost retired and Senna died has be Hakkinen. Yes, Alonso is wonderful, but he needs to do more to do greatness.
love Schumacher.no one contained by on the same smooth with him ..
why seize off a ride if its pious... if none of the young guns cannot win over him..he should stay right where on earth he is .. in a ferrari :P
I've examine all his race this year... no cheating going on ... the man is talented.. and should progress in the history book for race cars... as Michael Jordon contained by Basketball... Lance Armstrong in Cycling ... Wayne gretzy surrounded by Hockey.. and all the other greats..
mete out he is GREAT.. Michael Schumacher that is ... not Ralph(who is also good)(and wants to drive for Ferrari like his brother)
Just lug an F1 record book, and underline all the archives Michael Shumacher holds. Then , throw away your highlighter cause it will be spent. Then lug the rest of the names ... that's how small your brain is...
If you can't see that Schumacher , while have is moments (two of them are 12 years and 9 years ago respectively... come on!) is the most brilliant racer ever, you must be blind (by hate) . And, yes, it's all give or take a few the car? Look at Massa or any other teammate Scumacher have had EVER and they be beaten.
Yes, you involve the best car of the area. But don't forget that when Schumacher went to Ferrari, they be the Honda of today, breaking down most races. He be intelligent enough to align himself beside the best car and ancestors. But then again, where on earth would Alonso be if he was still contained by the Minardi? Put me in a renault and I can be mid table for sure!
Lastly, the subsequent time you urge a sportsman to retire when you think it's best to some extent than when they pick, try to imagine a stranger coming to your chore and demanding that you give method to the "young guns". Then see how you grain. Shumacher has proven that he still have it.
i still think he's the best!
UR PRETTY NAIVE TO DEFINE SCHUMI'S CAREER OVER 3 RACES!!! HE HAS TAKEN NEARLY EVERY RECORD THEIR CAN POSSIBLY TAKE! & THE ONE HE HASN'T GOT WAS TAKEN AWAY FROM HIM BY F1'S FORMER WHINGER MONTOYA...
FORAZ SCHUMI E FERRARI!!!!!!!
Why Spyker surrounded by F1?
Question:I know about Midland, but in a minute, why Spyker? anybody bought the Midland team? the first time I've heared around Spyker was at the beggining of the week, but I've thought it be a mistake...now I believe is not. Any view about this?
Answers:
Yep, the dutch sports car company have be in consultation with Alex Schnaider for months around buying the Midland team and it be announced at the last see that he had agreed to deal in for $135million - not bad when you consider he bought it for $25million not even two years ago!
Spyker F1 are within talks to bring back a Ferrari customer engine, part of the concord being a supply of Ferrari Engines for their road cars too!
EDIT - it be announced today that they will race near Ferrari Engines in 2007!
And the point they are in F1 is to bring to the fore awareness of their road cars.

I've known around Spyker for a while... not really concerned about Spyker as such, but I'm rather excited that their bringing Mike Gascoyne back to F1!!
Why not? Spyker have been making incredible supercars for years, and enjoy used their aerospace background to produce amazingly capable LeMans racecars. They own the background and the experience, and Formula 1 should be adjectives about constantly pushing the confines of technology. That's what makes it different from the Nascar "Hot Wheels" race, and new concept from Spyker would be welcome.
Spyker is the mark known for here supercars and designs. They are not as good as the Ferraris and the Mclarens but upright in their own route.
They signed an agreement with the Midland to collaborate and to share in F1.
On September 9, 2006, Spyker bought Midland F1 Racing, a Formula One troop from Russian businessman Alex Shnaider. Spyker paid $106.6 million for the troop [1] which will be re-named Spyker MF1 Racing for the last three race of the 2006 Formula One season. As part of the concord, the cars will have a revised livery for the final three race of 2006. The team will also use the Dutch flag from immediately on (instead of the Russian flag), since Spyker is based surrounded by the Netherlands.
