Used to be in NASCAR that when the wariness flag waved, everyone raced stern to the flag. If you were a nouns down, you got your nouns back if you overwhelm the leader to the finish queue. Normally, the leader would slow when the caveat waved and tolerate a few back on the front lap, especially if a teammate be close. Then a few years back, it get crazy. Some drivers were slowing down, others be driving like crazy to catch a lap vertebrae. It all come to a head at New Hampshire (I think) when Dale Jarrett wrecked coming out of turn 4 and done up sitting in the middle of the track. Some cars come very close to hitting him as he sit there. It be a very precarious situation. The next week, NASCAR changed the rules: when the counsel came out, the running writ was frozen right afterwards. To help drivers draw from back on the organize lap, since they have the easiest way to do this taken away, awarded the first saloon, one lap down, a free knees under caveat. It got call the 'Lucky Dog' (by Wally Dallenback I think) and the name stuck.
I saw what happen with Mark Martin. I required to see him go out beside a bang too. I love Mark Martin. I reflect he has a really polite attitude.
I really like blotch, He's one of the lsat real drivers, "lucky dog" Is the first, vehicle that is a nouns down, gets a free overhaul,to get fund on the lead knees whenever there is a caveat, I hope I've explained it right
looks like the lucky dog have been explained.

Yes I saw the wreck. here's a fun certainty He is racing a partial season subsequent year, 22 races I chew over.
Flip pretty much nailed it. However, the "lucky dog" go to the first car not on the organize lap (can be more than one nouns down, in which shield, he would only obtain one of his laps back). There is no "free pass" next to under 10 lap to go OR if the would-be receiver is the cause of the chariness.

The way I apprehend it, Aaron's got a copyright or something on "lucky dog" so the broadcasters/writers aren't supposed to use it, except on NBC, Speed, conceivably TNT? They are supposed to call it the "free pass" or doesn`t matter what.
Yeah, I saw the crash. I love Mark so that really sucked and it looked like it hurt. At tiniest he's ok though.

I still think that he can win the competition, he's only 102 points rear legs with 5 race left.

I know that during his interview he said that he be having fun and I'm sure he is, but I could let somebody know that he was almost crying during the interview. It be so sad.
I really hope he can win the title fight. He definately deserves it.
its a reward given for not racing spinal column to the flag when the yellow comes out. I be bumed :(
the lucky dog is the first car 1 knees down after the caution comes out and is given a free miss and is back on the front lap

What are the oldest and second oldest F1 Grands Prix?

Answers:

First organised motor race be Paris-Rouen in 1894, which be won by Count de Dion - although he was disqualified because he did not own a mechanic with him!

The first see to be called a Grand Prix be held in 1906. I articulate this because it was call the 'Grand Prix de L'Automobile Club de France' and was held at Le Mans. The second see was surrounded by 1907 and held in Dieppe. The first GP not held contained by France was contained by 1908, in America. They call it the 'American Grand Prize'

the first World Championship of Grand Prix Racing was held within 1925, as a manufacturers' title, with the Indy 500 joining national Grands Prix as qualify rounds. From what I can find out, Indianapolis is the oldest circuit, having be used since 1909

In 1935, the German national authority suggested that an official title holder driver should be chosen for GP racing.

I hope, near all the answers, you can bore the pant off anyone who asks you!
There's really 2 answers to this give somebody the third degree.

Firstly, Grands Prix have be running since the early 1900's (not sure haughty when the first "Formula One" labelled one be held, though), but they were legally sporadic and did not contribute to any championship.

However, the first World Championship be in 1950. Cars have to be either 1.5 litres supercharged or 4.5 litres unsupercharged.
The first see of the Championship was the British Grand Prix at Silverstone (of course!!) of which Farina won within a pre-war designed Alfa Romeo.

The second race of the Championship be in Monaco and Fangio won within a similar Alfa Romeo.

There were 4 more race in this inaugral Championship, one of which be the Indianapolis 500 (and remained part of the calendar for some years) but none of the regular Formula 1 drivers just ever took part contained by it.

Sorry I can't be more definite roughly speaking the situation before this, though.
In the modern era which begin in 1950, the oldest and second oldest F1 Grands Prix would be the first two race of that season.
The first was 70 lap of the 4.7-km Silverstone circuit on May 13, 1950 with the following results.
Pole: Giuseppe Farina. Italy. Alfa Romeo 1:50.8
1. Giuseppe Farina. Italy. Alfa Romeo.
2. Luigi Fagioli. Italy Alfa. Romeo.
3. Juan Manual Fangio. Argentina. Alfa Romeo.
4. Reg Parnell Britain. Alfa Romeo.
5. Yves Giraud-Cabantous. France. Talbot.
6. Louis Rosier. France. Talbot.
Fastest Lap: Giuseppe Farina 1:50.6, average speed 152,983 Km/h
21 cars and drivers started the see, 12 were classified at the finish.
The second be 100 laps on the 3.18-km streets of Monte Carlo, Monaco on May 21 beside the following results:
Pole: Juan Manual Fangio. Argentina. Alfa Romeo 1:50.2
1. Juan Manual Fangio. Argentina. Alfa Romeo.
2. Alberto Ascari. Italy. Ferrari.
3. Louis Chiron. Monaco. Maserati.
4. Raymond Sommer. France. Ferrari.
5. Prince Birabongse Bira. Thailand. Maserati.
Fastest Lap: Juan Manual Fangio 1:51.00, average speed 103.135 km/h.
19 cars and drivers started the race, 7 be classified. Nine cars were eliminate following a crash on the first lap at the Tabac corner.
Including the Indianapolis 500 (which remained on the calendar through 1960), here were seven race on the 1950 calendar and Giuseppe Farina won the drivers; championship, near 30 points
