Talladega Repaving - will it be faster or more crashes? Fresh asphalt, what to expect?
Answers:
I'll bet you see both. To regular NASCAR fans, that wouldn't be opportune. Tires will have problems all-time the competition, with the unsullied pavement too, so, there's a whole category for slamming into the wall, so you can numeral, we're gonna see a lot of washed out flags in this one. God Bless you.
I don't know if it will be faster or not. What may take place is the tires may wear down faster, thus we will probably see fewer pit stops beside zero or two tires person taken. They pit a lot at these tracks because of the not as much of fuel cells. I'm thinking that the setups may own to be more precise, too, since there will probably be more grip on the asphalt.
I deliberate it will be like Kansas Speedway - 1 smudge, 1 groove, and a whole lotta messes.
But, contained by a few years, it will calm down, and they will own multiple grooves back.
It should be faster, spanking new asphalt is usually faster. Not sure what tire compound they're bringing? Hopefully a harder tire that will last longer, otherwise it will be a demolition derby near 10 cars running at the end, and Nemachek, Jeff Green or Tony Raines successful. (and who wants that?)
The primary thing is the repaving will cause the track smoother.I have driven the track surrounded by the racing experiance and the north tunnel turn and the spinal column straightaway just out of turn 2 be like hitting a speed bump at 165 mph. Then within was so plentiful rough areas it waslike driving a wash board. So if the paving is obedient it will be smooth. If it gets hot it will be slick(wreck city),if it is cool after you'll see some pretty good race.
i dont think it will be faster, remember the restrictor plates.i deliberate it will make for a better see.
i think we will see 3 or 4 grooves instead of 2 or 3.also i would regard that there will be more pitstops that transport 2 tires or no tires.
i went to talladege drop race of finishing year and i was awed afterwards, cant wait to see it presently
with the repaving, i don't come up with you will see more lines to drive. i think everyone will be race for the same flash and will eventually cause more wrecks.
I can't see it getting that bleak because of the restrictor plates. Good question though.
That's a accurate question. I'm not so sure what the race at Talladega will be like since they did the repavement.
I'm merely hoping that it's not a bunch of races. Then again this is Talladega and we see some of everything in that with adjectives of the beating and bang.
last hours of darkness on inside nextel cup brian vickers said that the track was smoother so he expects here to be fewer "big ones" b/c the cars will not be bumping into respectively other in that respect. unsurprisingly bump drafting will be there. he said it have incredible grip and 3 and 4 wide race will be longer. guys will be 3and 4 wide longer on the straight away and what not. but later again micheal waltrip did mention that with 43 human beings nearby is no telling what will ensue.
can't wait!!
GO SMOKE
I don't imagine you'll see any increase in speed. They run Talladega next to the throttle wide overt. I do think, because of the investigational track surface, that you'll see 3 and 4 wide race. The new surface will present you multiple grooves. The higher lines will know how to carry more speed out of the turns so you may see more ethnic group passing on the outside, if their cars are setup that process. I think you'll see smaller amount wrecks because of the newer surface. If they took all the bumps out of the track, the cars won't be bang into each other as much as they used to. All surrounded by all, I reflect it's going to make for some great race.
Yes. I believe you are going to see more high speeds and more cars within the big one. Something just tell me that because there are some culture who haven't gotten a test at the brand new surface. ARCA is going to be there and they enjoy ALOT of people running their first time at the big track. Trucks are making their first stop here ever and those big bulky trucks can equal probably a couple flying in the heavens. And the cup series they are used to the high speeds, but they are going to be even greater speeds. Except an exciting weekend, sit put money on and enjoy.
slower, but more grip smaller quantity accidents.
It will be faster and probaly matching amount of crashes. The "Big One " will still happen.
Someone (I forget who) reported to expect 4 huge racing here this weekend. It was getting worthy reviews (test sessions, maybe?) from what I own heard something like it. It won't speed anything up, like the repaving available job at Vegas will (which they also added more banking), but it should maybe smooth things out a touch, but still expect "The Big One".
I would say more crashes. Talladega's virtuous for huge crashes
I don't think it's going to be any faster. I really do expect in attendance to be more wrecks, I just hope nobody get hurt. As I was checking out nascar.com the other morning, Dale Jr. says he took a street saloon on the track and wrecked it, something about a small drop-off between the unmarked paving and the safer-bearer.
I think it will craft the drivers go faster and afford a different feel to the track and the drivers will own to get used to it but I ponder because of it being faster consequently their will be alot more wrecks including the big one.. was their a big one closing year or in the spring? We haven't have a really really big wreck at any track for a while...

I'm a Chevy gal. But, dreadfully, I had to trade my truck for a vehicle b/c of these damn gas prices. I had a red 98 Silverado Excab Z71 beside pro lift paraphernalia, nice rims, headers, etc. I could pull my 3 horses within their trailer tru all kind of mud and never got stuck. I miss my truck! I resembling Mustangs as well, but that's it.
Chevy. Ford blows, other has and in a minute that they blatantly back homosexuality I will never buy from Ford. Not to mention my grandfather retired from GM in the region of 15 years ago and I get a sweet little discount.

Chevy to the bone
Chevrolet. Defiantly. Indiana born and raised by an infirm Drag Racer. He kinda passed it down to me. We now hold 8 Camaros, a nova, 2 Chevelles and a whole group of Trucks. Gotta love the Good 'Ol Chevrolets.
Dodge, all the course.
all the suitable cars my family have are Fords, my mom still has a Toyota, and its other in the shop.but Ford, i hold seen the differences between Chevy and ford, frames, suspension, drive chain components, rear ends, and body, and the Fords other have better stuff. but i am adjectives American, and I would pick a Chevy over a Nissan or Toyota.
tie chevy and dodge
CHEVROLET! My opinion is base on experience of working on and driving early model and hot Chevy's and Fords. I had a 1972 Chevy short bed step side 2wd p/u and picked up a 1969 Ford mustang because I thought I could form some money on the mustang. I came to realize that although the mustang be in great condition and be somewhat fun to drive it didn't handle or get something done as well as my truck. The mustang have a 351Cleveland in it and I would consistently lose race. It simply didn't have satisfactory bottom end. It also be the biggest pain surrounded by the a** to work on. It had nothing room to work with. My truck however have a 396 big block in it and freshly smoked anyone who tried to race me. It even handle better than the mustang. I was brought up a Chevy guy and would never turn wager on. You can't deny how much better the dependability, looks and ride of Chevy's are over fords.
Chevy all the bearing! It is the winningest auto maker surrounded by NASCAR and I have owned both and own found that Fords rust quickly and dive apart.
