The first entity to do before anything else is return with down to your local motor club. This will get you conversation to people involved surrounded by rallying and may even obtain you or your mate a chance to co-drive on a local event.

The first rung on the stepladder is 12-car rallying, which take place on public roads - the aim being to manage certain map reference at certain times (based upon an average speed). This category of event does not require extensive modification to your road car, have low entry costs and is (in theory) less hurtful. Never the less, these boys are still going pretty f**king hurried!

Another good place to start is 'endurance rallying'. Becoming increasingly popular near newcomers to the sport, this is break open to lightly modified cars lower than 1400cc, so is ideal for your pug. It is also more speed orientated than 12 cars, but does still own quite a focus on nevigation. See www.endurorally.co.uk details of one of their events.

Alternatively, single venue rally held at racetracks or on closed airfields offer arguably the best start for stage rally. These are highly competitive speed events, stretch out to classes of car from 1 litre micra to 3litre metro 6R4 or Impreza WRC. Although inexpensive when compared to multi-venue stage events (such as activate sunseeker, wyedean etc), this type of rally will still require you to own a competition license, MSA log booked car etc etc so is neither cheap or graceful to start with.

Basically, catch down to your local motor club before you do anything else and you cant progress far wrong.

Good luck and happy rally!
check out the msa website and get the starter pack they provide, then you necessitate to get your call up licence which the pack tells you how.

your going to want some training from a professional then you can enter some local rally, the cheapest way would be to blend a club and attend some of their events before you try for anything bigger.
Kev, I longing I could help mate, but for the natural life of me, what is a pug 106 sxi!? Sounds like something I should hold learned to drive years ago, but never get round to it!
It really depends on your area.

I took a class and qualified for my local license. Once you achieve that license you have to enter a few local rally to be qualified to enter state, then regional, afterwards national events.

I never got far next to it. It was in recent times too expensive for me as a privateer. I still wish I have persued it. Thats something I will always regret.
Have you ever done any rally driving before? It is a different concept to ordinary road driving you have to swot how to drive all over again. Rally driving is great if you and your buddy can work together and not spatter out if you disagree a lot? Who is going to be the driver and who is going to navigate? Do you hold a van and trailer to get roughly in. Having a dutiful at a race circuit that offer rally driving experiences might aid first. You might need to see what type of tiller drive (Rear wheeled, Front Wheeled or Four Wheeled) saloon suits you first. Also if you are aiming to make money find some one to propose sponsorship.
Everyman Motor racing Leicestershire submission 1 to 1 tuition for rallying surrounded by a Mitsubishi Evo with a pro Rally driver? It cost around lb475 but it might be worth it for the potential adjectives costs and you can also get great direction for another rally driver! Also you will call for your ARDS Licence which requires a written and driving test.

Would it be economical to own a saloon run on compressed nouns?

Question:this is my idea/invention but if it could do some good it would be worth it. wouldnt you just need a small engine to run an nouns compressor..?
Answers:

even if it did work...it was your opinion ..someone just took it to the ridge I'm sure .lol never tell anyone your secret!
No becasue to use compressed air you have need of a propellant.
A can of compressed air contains partly propellant.
You would need an restructured way to verbs the compressed air into usable horsepower, and you would entail a HUGE tank to hold the compressed nouns. If you don't want a tank, you would have need of a HUGE motor to put out enough pressure to not require a container. There is a reason not a soul has pursued this.
Not even close! It would look tremendously similar to a locomotive.See where this is going? Do you play paint orb is this where your opinion came from?
It would pocket more energy to compress the upper air than you could get out of the compressed nouns. Net loss of energy.
If you solitary needed it to go nearly 50 feet or so next yes otherwise completely impractical
