I commonly hear this phrase contained by baseball, "keep hold of the batter honest." what exactly does this be a sign of?

If a batter lies about steroids... Kill him. It funds work both sides of the plate and use all your pitches. Do spatter into a predictable pattern so the hitter can guess what pitch is coming.
