BaseBall Questions and Answers

Anyone else SICK of ESPN's infatuation beside Boston and New York?

Question:Brewers have the best dictation in baseball, and adjectives you hear on Baseball Tonight is Yankees this, Boston that, Mets did such and such. And even the Cardinals' having to operation with the "tragic" loss of Josh Hancock story is getting outdated especially given the facts that are surfacing. I'm sorry he died and sorry for his family, but when you drive drunk and die that's not a tragedy. That's stupid, and at lowest he didn't hurt anyone else, which would have be tragic.
Answers:

I'm a Yankee fan, and I'm sick of ESPN's infatuation beside Boston and New York.

The part of the story that you're missing is this though: ESPN is ridiculously Red Sox-bias. Ridiculously. They grip over the Mets and Yankees in bit, because of it.

If you hadn't just told me, I wouldn't even own realized that the Brew Crew be playing good baseball. You never hear them even mentioned on ESPN. It's overindulgent.

And the Yankees-Boston matchups are SO overblown and overcovered that it's not even funny. I've actually grown to despise playing against the Red Sox... because God... when did "The Rivalry" become so crucial? It's just another hobby out of 162.
i know! i am SICK of it!
go BREW CREW!!!!!!!!!!...
Yes I am sick of it they both suck this year and I could incautious if they fire anyone move on and describe us more about other small flea market teams that are doing economically this year.
Turn. It. Off.
I agree with you, in that are a lot more team then in recent times NY and Boston!
I watch ESPN similar to I watch Fox News Channel - I survey it for the stupidity and bias that it is.
Its all nearly ratings.

If advertisers are willing to earnings more for spots in their games, and more viewers constraint to see them, then explicitly the way it is going to be until the Brewers win the world series or Milwaukee base advertisers are going to shell out more money.
I agree with you on that one.
There's what, 32 team or so in the league?
ESPN make it seem resembling there's 3 or 4 teams contained by the league.
I'm sick of it!

All you hear is A-rod this, Manny that. It's getting old!

Now I take that they probably cover what they think the majority of populace want to see, but there ARE other team in the league save for the Spankies and the Bo Sox!
They should also be talking give or take a few the Cleveland Indians, who are also doing very resourcefully this year too.
Because the Yankees and Red Sox have a HUGE fanbase across the nation and it make sense to cater to the top media market in the country. Also, the Red Sox are with the sole purpose one win less than your Brewers, so i can become conscious them getting some air time. I am sick of audible range about the Yankee's injury woes though.
ARich- how can you say aloud they both suck? The Red Sox are one win less than the Brewers transcription. I guess that means the Brewers suck too, huh?
I agree beside you, but I like the Yankee coverage greatly, since I am not from N.Y. Those teams are overly covered, yes.
Not really, no.
Yes I am. They should gossip about the Royals. They are within the same position (Last Place) as the Yankees and not a soul talks more or less them. Around the trade deadline, the headlines will read how the Yankees entail to add a big bat or a starting pitcher. What do the Royals requirement? Everything! It would give them more to yak about if they included every troop in the league. Also, more indifferent fans would remuneration attention if their teams be being showcased.
I am screw boston and New york its great to see the yank in later place!
GO YANKEES!

And any death is tragic, no issue how it happens. Even if it is determined to be his own doing. Still tragic. If someone surrounded by your family and or close to you drove drunk and died, you would find it tragic, regardless who be at fault. To read out its not is simply idiotic. RIP Josh Hancock. Quite frankly the wrap up of that entire question be stupid.
yes very much sooo, they stroke like they are broadcasting a playoff hobby instead of a regular season opener
Let's newly look at the geography where Bristol, CT is.. it is 2 hours away from NYC and around 2 hours away from Boston... There are a lot more box households there than surrounded by many other market and ESPN is not a non-profit company doing this to bring news to folks for the betterment of man.. they are about making money... Most times they blow rotten the west coast because things start too late here and even when they do their 11pm PT show things could still be in endeavour.. so they have made the declaration that they want to go where on earth the cash is and beside that have settled to make the Northeast the gold ingots standard. It is unfortunate for the smaller flea market teams because they don't return with the same pub and if a Brewer pitched a supreme game it would still be a second story bringing up the rear a hang pin on the non-pitching hand of Curt Schilling or a boil on the flipside end of A-rod.

Did A-rod capture the game coverage when he be with the Rangers? I surmise not...

I can't agree with your comments just about Hancock though.. it is stories like that (drunk or not) that are bigger than sports and the passing of a player is always going to carry more pub that an on field gig.. when Lidle crashed his plane they ran that over and over and over again... Yeah, it is tragic, but plenty of associates die all the time.. the difference is renowned people are much more defining than you and me.
omg i no
Whats wrong with the Eastern Seaboard Programming Network (ESPN). We adjectives know there are no other team in baseball that situation that play their home games west of the Hudson river. And of course I want to hear every stupid detail and stat when Bos plays NYY, and how the organize story is how the worst team surrounded by the AL east made news yesterday by firing the conditioning coach.

I also dont thoroughness if Schillings sock had blood or ink or anything it was 3 years ago who care.

OK I think I own vented ample for 1 day.
LETS GO REDSOX! If the Brewers transport this into the post season they might get some more attention. look at how frequent teams within the past own started out hot and died out when it really matters.
i agree its almost like peas in a pod as last year when the tigers be #1 but all they talk about be NY & Boston. Tigers were awsome final year. plus espn never recongizes some players who make really pious plays and things because they aren't a BIG name or on a BIG squad. know what i mean?
adaptation the channel. you don't own watch the east coast channel(espn). I'm tired of them it's similar to they are groupies of the yankees and red sox.

Question:I am! Go Tigers!
Answers:

Nope... Go A's.
I don't bandwagon jump. Sorry.
yes i am
lame quiz

they should take away 100 points for every one of these

i root against the tigers because i own to put up with culture like you adjectives day
nation who hop on the bandwagon or "people who enjoy always be fans, but haven't said a word more or less it until now"

Next thing you know, the Lions will win a Playoff team game (hahahaha...) and you'll be asking "are you rooting for the Lions this season?"
no, Go Red Sox!
nop go sox
Of course! How can anyone not similar to the Tigers? They have started bad a bit shaky but this is the year. No more pitcher errors in the playoffs, they will win it adjectives this year.
No. Good luck.
Don't bandwagon, bro. Its one of the worst things to do in watching sports. Its a cardinal sin, right along next to being a Yankees hanger-on (yea, i said it). Go SOX!!
Nope. I'm rooting for the Royals this year, just approaching every other year.

GO ROYALS!!!!
Not moi.
Bandwaggoning or not, the Tigers are worth rooting for. I've always be a fan and own always be given $h!T for it too...almost as much as I am for being a Lions devotee. But yes, I will be rooting for the Tigers - Just like the ultimate 13 years.
(I'm only 23, so 13 years is pretty good)
Huge Red Sox admirer, but I am rooting for the Tigers. I mean, they've vitally sucked the last few years, so I be rooting for them last season. And when the Cardinals won the World Series, I feel so sad for them...Okay, corny, but they worked so concrete all season and afterwards to lose the World Series?
GO TIGERS! WIN ALL YOU WANT, BUT LOSE TO THE RED SOX! WHOO!
This year and every year.

As the Jeff Daniels' song goes, "I've get the lifelong Tiger fan blues."

I'll plead guilty, though, that being a Tigers disciple is a lot more FUN lately than it's be in a long time.
Ever since I be six, I've rooted for the Tigers. This year is no different!
yes
is this a question? how do you soak up being a front runner?

What's up beside the 'stros??

Question:seriously, last nite they finally won a team game. wtf is going on with them?? i discern embarrassed to be a supporter cause they've be playing so poorly.

It's their offense... the bats own not gotten going yet...I tight Lance Berkman is off to a horrible start, El Cabello have dried up a lil... Ensberg is not hitting... zilch from Everette.about the individual two regular starters that are coming thru with the bat are "Old Man" Biggio (3 triples already) and Ausmus (.286 avg. hope it doesn't start flat-lining now that I've brought it up.).and the ones that are swinging the bat consistently (Mark Loretta and Mike Lamb) are spending too much time ridin' the pine.. They just haven't put adjectives the pieces together offensively nonetheless. (Additionally, I don't think Garner have any idea where on earth to hit Pence right now, or how to save Loretta in the lineup more than one hobby at a time... And, what on earth do you do around the Lane/Scott combo?... These are all things that you woulda hoped have fallen contained by place by now)... They will.and once everything gets situated and sustained for more than one activity at a time, I look for the offense to get on a serious roll... Just hope the pitching doesn't plummet apart by that time. (Maybe Clemens and Backe will be back and Jennings will be nutritious...that could be pretty solid.)

And for the guy who said pitching is the problem... He's obviously not watching the games. the pitching ( I reason it was 17 point starts now) is the only entity keeping them somewhat in the activity. Woody and Wandy have zilch to show for it yet, because of the deficit of run support.

You want an alarming stat.? How about 10 or more runners not here on base contained by at least 4 or 5 of the recent games played (including the spectator sport last night). In one hobby (the 16 inning affair) we left 18! on underpinning... there's you're problem right there. You win on base, ya gotta gain... plain and simple.
horrible pitching staff. Oswalt is the only one doing okay.
Brewers are going to Destroy them
I'm going to the game tonight and routing for them. I'll verbs for any team that can help out the Brewers. I went to adjectives 3 games last weekend and it be great being booed. for self in first place. As for what's wrong next to your team.. as apt as Roy-O is he is not an entire rotation. (Oh, and his only two losses this year come to?) Albers and Jennings could be decent after the All Star break if they obtain stretched out. Don't get me started on Woody and Wandy. Carlos Lee have a great bat, but I watched his lackadaisical defense lose as abundant close games as he won while he was contained by Milwaukee. Do you really think that Biggio would still be playing if he wasn't so close to 3000 hits? His bat is OK at best, and he doesn't present you much on defense anymore. I do like Hunter Pence, though. That kid have a great approach at the plate and just looks close to a baseball player. But all within all I dream up 2007 is the year of the beer and the Astros fight it out for 3rd or 4th.
I'm a die concrete stros fan...i cried when they finally go to the world series. The problem is the situational hitting. They are to aggresive when they should take a few pitches and consent to the opposing pitcher catch into a deep pitch count. they inevitability to quit swinging at first pitch strikes with two outs... agree to him make a ptich hell he could throw one surrounded by the dirt or leave a breakin bubble hanging or somethin. consequently, when they need to be aggresive the pitcher bunts it right within front of the mound on a FREAKIN SQUEEZE PLAY!!! WANDY F'N RODRIGUEZ that had to enjoy been the worst bunt attempt during a squeeze play...crap bunting is not that dang sturdy.square up locate the ball and put bat on bubble...u actually "catch" the globe with the bat.and morgan ensberg...if the freakin bubble is two feet from the chalk it aint going out...pick the damn item up and get the out. i knwo the season is babyish but honestly im gettin tired of these second half surges that draw from us in to the playoffs but go and get swept by the f'n sox cause we cant hit when our pitchers pitch at hand *** off..ask the rocket he know. Shaun Berry needs to be fired and Bagwell wants to be the hitting coach...not a far fetched perception it wont happen tho but it would be cool. o and fire the rotund one and hey uncle drayton...open the wallet and spend some money rat facade
