What can the MLB do to label better call surrounded by the outfield?

What MLB requirements to do is get umps that can certainly run into the outfield when the ball is hit within, and see what happened. Too several of these guys run like fleshy old women. Still, a team game played by humans has to be officiate by humans, and instant replay is NOT the answer. The people that started that crap be gamblers, and catering to them is always discouraging, no matter what. It's made football (and immediately hockey) about as much fun as a see in the groin. Just form the current guys improve, and penalize those who don't.
I'm inclined to advocate instant replay -- yes, the perfect heresy -- for calls at the wall, for three reason.
1. The technology exists and is not particularly difficult to implement.
2. The wall is the segment of the field furthest from the standard four-man umpire crew (remember, even with the two secondary line umps contained by the postseason, mistakes can happen -- yeah, I'm looking at you, Jeff Maier).
3. Plays at the wall (or over it) can own enormous impact on the team game. They are very much worth getting right.
For this one portion of the officiating duties, I could live near IR. We'll never see it happen during Seligula's reign, though.
I agree near the person that said to adopt a Instant Replay piece in the winter sport. Something like they do contained by football when they look through a video. If they would adopt instant replay it might make the umpire make better call.

It can't be Ryan because he walked too several and lost too many games. The protest is to win games. Ryan was great but not the greatest. The conversation have to come down to Clemens, Koufax, and Maddux.
You can toss Koufax out because he did not pitch long enough. You can argue that within a single season or over a 7 year period he be one of the greats but that opens the argument up to Pedro, Randy Johnson, Gibson, etc...
Looking at the key to defining a great pitcher: Wins, Losses (lack of), Base runners per inn, and ERA...
Comparing Clemens and Maddux (Clemens has pitched on year more afterwards Maddux):
Wins: Clemens 348 vs. Maddux 335
Losses: Clemens 178 vs. Maddux 205
WHIP: Clemens 1.17 vs. Maddux 1.14
ERA: Clemens 3.10 vs. Maddux 3.07
Because of the lower number of losses I'd say Clemens by a hackle although Maddux has lower runners per Inning and a lower ERA. Through contained by Ryan's numbers and see how he stacks up... Sandy Koufax. for five year span he won the E.R.A title every year have 3 pitching triple-crowns strikeouts ,wins and E.R.A have four no hitter and a perfect spectator sport. he retired at the age of 31 because of an injury if he had played 10 more years he would of own every history in the book for pitchers.
Clemens by far. Koufax didn't hold to pitch against hitters pumped up on roids. Koufaz also had a taller mound to pitch from, the MLB didn't lower the mound until after he retired.
Koufax pitched within an era dominated by pitching, Clemens has have to pitch in an era when adjectives the advantages have be tilted towards the hitters by the MLB front office.

Question:Just by adding a 44 year matured SUPERSTAR (and yes, he is a superstar) is not going to beef up your whole entire lineup. Yes, you can assume a win when he pitches, but he can just pitch every 5 times. So that means if the Yanks play 7 games contained by 7 days and he pitches starting on Monday, they will go 2-5 that week. Unless Chien Mean Wanker starts pitching, Loose Moose get his head out of his butt, or the other Chinese bust decide to do something.

They have no hit and miss, a guy that pitches every four days and isn't with the troop those four days really can't help the squad.
First off, Igawa is Japanese and Wang is Korean..seize your facts straight before you nouns like an idiot. Also you can't assume a win when anyone is pitching regardless of how right they are, everyone has past its sell-by date days. That being said the Rocket will serve them greatly, but not carry them to the World Series. Someone else on the starting staff will enjoy to step up to get them at hand. I hate the Yankees as much as the subsequent guy, but this move has to form them the favorites if they can ever get tough. They have a potential all-star at 8 spots contained by the lineup and 4 pretty good starters. I abhorrence to say this, but if they can achieve everyone back they look pretty perfect if the bullpen can get it on track.

Clemens will help the Yankees but he is not an everyday player so his contribution will be fixed to every 4 days. The psyche will be improved but how long will that later especially if Clemens struggles and possibly does what he did last year surrounded by going 7-6. Granted he is on a better hitting team this year and will make a contribution him better run support, but how long and how many innings can he donate you to increase your potential and get you to postseason. They will still have need of to make a move to bolster their prehistoric bullpen and others will have to contribute to see the Yankees to make it to the Series. It is a great price to money for a 4 month player despite his Hall of Fame favored status and will only start probably 25-30 times. Clemens wont mean anything because their bullpen is cast-offs. They got a power start last hours of darkness against the Mariners and as soon as it was turned over to the bullpen the winter sport turned around and another Yankees loss. They Yankees have some well brought-up starters and Clemens could add a bit but remember he is 45 and coming past its sell-by date a mediocre year in the weaker National League where on earth the batters 7-9 are not as tough as the American League. Even if he is great he is in a minute only a 6 inning pitcher on average, he is no longer an 8 or 9 inning guy so the bullpen is going to be within there a few innings which could smoothly blow the game.
Not until they their closer get his stuff together and the bullpen gets serve. Oh, their batting lineup hasn't lived up to the hype any. A-Rod is the only one who is in truth hitting the way they expect. The rest approaching Damon for example are struggling a bit, even though he is hurt. For someone who is supposedly so dominating, I would say comparing both team below, they are pretty comparable in plentifully of areas and by no means, be the Red Sox lineup ever thought to be overpowering, except for maybe Manny and Papi.
