Question:Best description (the one that writes well ample so that I feel resembling I am there) wins 10 points. ~N
Answers:

Perfect baseball weather is a 70 level sunny sunday afternoon with a reading light breeze blowing out towards center. There isn't a cloud in the sky and adjectives the fans are geared up for a great rivalry ballgame with the two team aces pitching.
Around 65 degree

Nice loudy sky... thats what I call a nice baseball atmosphere.
75-85 degree
cloudless
wind blowing out slightly
65 degress.
few clouds contained by the sky.
a cool breeze.

and the atmosphere of all the die concrete fans unsurprisingly :]
If you're a hitter, 0% humidity, 65 degrees and 35 mph wind out to center.

As a pitcher, 100% humidity, either 30 degree or 110 degrees (no where on earth in between) and 90 mph wind in from center. Ideally, you'd similar to a constant clot of clouds that keeps the hitter contained by the sun, but you out of it.

As a fan, you want possibly 60-70 degrees, next to a bit of humidity. The occasional breeze would be nice to keep you cool short getting the chills, and the breeze should always come from upwind of the hot dog purveyor, although a periodic shift to bring within the scent of the salt marine in from Lake Michigan or McCovey Cove is permissable. A brilliant blue sky to product the boys at Crayola jealous is a necessity, but you clearly want to keep the sun out of your eyes.
A DOME, cooled at around 68 degree. That is the perfect baseball setting, as long as it isnt within Minnesotta.
