Yes, the rumor has it that the Angels are interested contained by Jason Giambi.
The main root is that the Angels are last surrounded by the League in Home Runs, they call for some more power even though they tend to be more of a hitting team to some extent than a power team.
Although Giambi is within a huge slump right now, and DH would be better than Hillenbrand, who hasn't be doing what they need him to be doing. While most DHs tend to be power hitters, Hillenbrand isnt even a hitter right immediately. The Angels defidently need a replacement in that.
And the big question is who to trade. Well this seem obvious to me. What do the Yankees want that the Angels have.Pitching. The Angels slickly have one of the best pithcing staffs contained by the MLB. They would probably be willing to trade one of their pitchers if it expected Giambi. They've got deeply of people that the Yankees could use- Bartolo Colon, John Lackey, Kelvim Escobar, Jered Weaver. I judge these two teams could confidently make a trade. Now a short time ago imagine L.A. beside another power hitter, and N.Y. with a pitcher. That the World Series knob for both teams.
