Curt have proven himself a HUGE fan of baseball time and time again. Think what you want something like him as a person, his politics, even his play on the paddock. But you have to concede one thing, he loves the sport. He know A LOT about baseball and it's history. And seeing how he have proven himself an opinionated person (putting it mildly...he have a HUGE mouth, and I am a fan of the Sox and his, but even I surmise he talks to much) it is not surprising he chimed contained by on this one.
But I agree with Curt on this, and respect his right to say aloud what he wants, as a hanger-on of the game and as a player who must despise what associates like Bonds are doing to the sport's reputation. Bonds have proven to be a jerk time and time again, through his drug use (does anyone REALLY meditate he never touched steroids?), his actions rotten the field, the things he have said to the media...simply his all around persona. The guy is a status A jerk. And he is making one of baseballs most respected documents an absolute quip.
Everyone should speak out against guys like Bonds, McGuire, Sosa and Palmero. Maybe if these guys feel some pressure from some of their own teammates they wouldn't be in such a careless hurry to roid up and chase the record books.

ably Shilling is a self serving grandstander. I think his belief is correct though. Bonds is a selfish, brooding convulse. I think he along beside Mc Gwire and Sosa should have little asterisks subsequent to their name surrounded by the Baseball Encyclopedia. *suspected drug user

Bonds has taken Schilling wide a few times in his craft. Schilling is trying to make us forget in the order of his fake bloody sock from their world series run a few years ago.
I deem it's to be expected. Schilling and Bonds have never like eachother. They've publicly called eachother name and talked roughly speaking how they didn't like eachother contained by the past. Curt Schilling's one of those athletes who values his belief way too much. Sox fan and anti-Bonds people will love Schilling for proverb these, but I could care smaller quantity what he thinks. Especially if he's going to progress completely overboard with his opinion and accusations.

Schilling is a highly decent entity. He is courageous, as shown by his performance contained by the 2004 ALCS and World Series. If he trashed Barry, it's because he feel that Barry has taken unmerited advantage by using steroids. Barry have pretty much admitted steroid use. What's his beef.
