Who will win tommorow the 13th between giant and the rockies?

Answers:

Giants! Barry Bonds will hit his 746th homerun tommorow.
home team.
I have an idea that the Giants will win. Im a big Giants fan. but Matt Cain is pitching, so hopefully he will fall his recent struggle and we'll get another strong start from him. GO GIANTS!
The Giants will win, by a lopsided gain of 15-2. They will pound out 22 hits! Cain will win, and Buchholz will lose.

The mighty Zilla has spoken--so it shall be! =)
why the giant have an 80% luck of victory. i wonder if barry will retire directly after breaking the home rum text?

IMO, if you want better and believable gameplay, more updated rosters, you should buy a PS3 and get MLB 07: THe show!
It's great, I still spot MVP 2005 as the greatest baseball game of all-time though.
its awesome......
If you are that impressed next to 2K7 you would be amazed by 2007 MLB The Show which is #1 overall.

What is ERA?

Question:what is a player's ERA (in baseball) composed of? and what does it mean?
Answers:

ERA is a statistic used contained by baseball. It's a stat that only pitcher's hold. (That's the best way I can put it. My sentence structure sucks.) It stands for Earned Run Average.

It primarily means the number of runs the different team earn multiplied by the number of innings in the hobby divided by the number innings pitched.

It's a pitching stat. The lower, the better.
If a pitcher has an ERA of articulate...2.36 or something, you know they're a good pitcher and it'll be unyielding to score runs sour of him.

Hope I could help!

ERA

E=Earned

R=Run

A=Average

ERA=Earned Run Average
ERA within baseball is "Earned Run Average: used to chart effectiveness of the pitcher. For instance if he pitched 9 inning spectator sport and only one run score which was a home run, his earn run average would be 1.00
Should two runs be scored but one be the result of an error which allowed the run to score, later his ERA would still be 1.00----lots of other combinations but that is the unfinished.
ERA or Earned Run Average is the Average amount of runs a pitcher allows over 9 innings. So if a pitcher has pitched 9 innings and allowed 1 run his ERA is 1.00. If a pitcher have pitched 1 inning and allowed 1 run his ERA is 9.00. If a Pitcher has pitched 90 innings an allowed 120 runs his ERA is 1.33
earn run average
Earned run average. It's calculated by multiplying the number of earn runs allowed by a pitcher by 9, then dividing by the number of innings pitched.

Example: If a pitcher give up 5 earned runs within 7 innings, you multiply 5 by 9, then divide by 7 or 6.43. It's one mode to measure a pitcher's value against opposing team.
ERA, earned run average, is the amount of earn runs (don't ask unless you REALLY want to know) a pitcher has allowed, normalize per nine innings.

ERA == (ER * 9) / innings pitched

Lower is better.
ERA means Earned Run Average. The earn run average is based on how plentiful runs per each outing a pitcher give up and how many innings he pitches as all right based on a nine inning spectator sport.

it's the pitchers earned run average

ERA- Earned Run Average
ERA is the average runs a pitcher would afford up per 9 innings pitched.

equation: ERA= 9 x (earned runs allowed divided by inning pitched)
earned run average
era is earn run average. in a spectator sport era would be the average amount of runs given up by the pitchers. so if a pitcher gives up 3.50 runs, it process that the pitcher gave up 3 and a partially runs.
earned run average, the lower the better
Earned run average
Earned Run Average

The number of earn runs given up per nine innings
ERA stands for Earned Run Average which is based upon the number of earn runs you gave up and your strikeouts I believe.
