BaseBall Questions and Answers

Why does everyone believe Billy Beane of the Oakland Athletics is such a moral GM?

Answers:

It's because he puts a good troop on the field even though he doesn't spend plentifully of money. But, his teams enjoy only won 1 playoff series on his keep watch on. Money is no excuse, because the Marlins won the World Series with a payroll of slightly above $60 million bucks contained by 2003.and they slayed the Yankees no less.

For more on the A's, Marlins, Yankees and MLB, check this site out. http://www.factipedia.com/sportsblogs/ml...
raison d`¨ētre he uses that money ball system they have a chat about every year and his team are still competitive.
He doesn't need a 90+ million dollar earnings roll to win games. He knows how to take the right mix of players at a cheap price to win. He is a mastermind at building a troop. You don't need to buy adjectives the talent to win, just put the right talent together to clear a team that perform well as a squad. A bunch of good individual players thrown together don't generate a team, a bunch of individuals who play ably as a team make a team.
Because every year his troop plays with heart, does the best to their ability, and plays for the love of the game beside one of the lowest payrolls in baseball and can pen a team that can compete next to the upper powers of baseball. Which as long as Beane is the GM the A's will always own heart and will always be exciting to keep under surveillance. Where as the Yankees will never be that.
Cause he finds a way to formulate the A's a competitive team despite losing deeply of their good players every year.
It's adjectives about scouting. Years and years of appropriate scouting stacks the minor leagues and you can achieve guys playing at high feature at low entry salaries. The minor league system be so good he could afford to consent to certain guys stir or trade them in their amble year to further stack the minor league system.

However the downfall with this system is a few fruitless or unlucky drafts and your whole strategy go down the toilet for a couple years as they don't have the budget to supplement mulitple big free agents.
Because he is the best talent evaluator and developer surrounded by all of Baseball. He does more near less than anyone else does next to big$. Even though the A's haven't been successful contained by the playoffs, they've been here consistently. More than other teams next to much bigger payrolls can say. Their fan are constantly enthralled and gently the A's have become the epitome of what Baseball team used to be about.
Just look at his team record since he become G.M., he also is on a "small market" budget. The A's total payroll is consistently near the lowest contained by all of baseball, even so he still wins. Also look at adjectives the free agents the A's have have to let stir because they wont pay them ample; Tejada, Hudson, Mulder, McGwire, Dye, Foulke, the list is incessant. Oh yeah , a guy named Giambi, also Reggie Jackson.
Because he is a great GM, especially when it comes to starting pitchers. He get rid of the Big 3 (Hudson, Mulder, Zito) and the staff doesn't miss a beat. Despite adjectives the guys who leave here as free agents or in trades the troop keeps on conquering every year. Every middle market (yes middle open market...come to KC if you want to see small) team would love to own this guy running the show. He finds hidden gems and make shrewd trades to keep the squad winning beside a payroll that is other in the bottom partly. He doesn't overpay, even if it means letting travel of a Tejada, Zito, or Giambi without getting anything support for them. Anyone can win every year with a $200M payroll. It take a great GM to win consistently with a new in the $60-70M selection.
two words farm system. dude is such a apt talent finder. every year they are in the playoff hunt . they do play contained by a very watered down division. but they are basically the majors arable farm system. he also puts together great coaching staffs. finds deals instead of trying to sign the big name. he got dan haren and kiko calero i believe for put pen to paper mulder. the bullpen is one of the best. and the players he finds are so good, similar to cust no one give him a chance anywhere else he played but he is hitting the globe so good right in a minute. i could go on and on but i will stop here. eaisly one of the top 2 gm's within baseball.
the guy is a piece of *.oh wait the entire orginazation is
RICK B is retarded, Billy Beane have nothing to do beside Reggie Jackson.
Money Ball. Read the book, consider the facts... you be the judge.

Why so tons discouraging team?

Question:With the Yankees, Cubs and Cardinals all sucking - and with the sole purpose the NL West and AL Central showing many unbeaten teams, why are at hand so many desperate teams surrounded by baseball this year?
Answers:

Maybe it is chemistry. I used to laugh at chemistry, but when I look at the team that have won the finishing few years - they seem to be a complete section. I look at New York, and they seem similar to a bunch of talented guys. But not a squad. Same with the Cubs. Teams near a ton of free agents just do not come across to jell as well as those team that either own been around respectively other for a while, or those that have a great deal of talent through their own farm system.
I devise the teams are not neccesarily doomed to failure, its just the league is so competitive right immediately. The Cubs and Cardinals and Yankees have great talent, its simply the teams they enclosed space just aren't as competitive as the other team in MLB.
I'm glad to see the Yankees spending adjectives this money and doing like refuse. Maybe this will show them chemistry and teamwork issue not just have a bunch of all stars on one squad.
parity!! ever hear of the word? and it is tooo untimely to say that considerate of crap! why are so many dummies who know nought about baseball?
Its only just a turn back surrounded by that direction. More wins are going to a reduced amount of teams this year. The benefit to explicitly we may actually bring back a few teams giving up some pious players this year at the trade deadline!

Generally when all the team are in contention, nobody requests to give up any big name guys to another team. With deeply of teams that be great sucking wind, we will see a larger number of appropriate players changing hand. I hope.
Thank God the RED SOX aren't one of those Teams you'd Mentioned Because they're #1 Baby.
Lack of steroids, not only from the offense, but more imortantly the pitching is poor them even more.

We have gotten to a place where on earth there are too heaps teams to support non drug using players.

Or you might be over critical.
MAYBE THEY DON'T HAVE JIM LEYLAND AS THEIR MANAGER...I DON'T KNOW. IT'S STILL EARLY MY FRIEND.REMEMBER LAST SEASON W/ THE TWINS THEY RALLY UP TO WIN THE AL CENTRAL DIVISION.TOO SOON TO PREDICT ANYTHING!
There's seriously of bad pitching going around.
pitching those prizewinning teams own pitching.
Well, right now those team may be doing bad, but baseball have a long season. It's way too soon to report to how the teams are really doing. Plus, at hand is usually a big change after the All-Star break. But a big aim right now is pitching.
Not adequate deep rotations. Pitching have be killing team this year.
Ummm, the Yankees r bad. I guess u haven't be watching baseball over the past week. It's May 25, and ur making these judgements. Wow, in recent times plain wow.
