This is a tough nickname, and a good press. They are both gritty pitchers who have great stuff and commonly go greatly deep into games. I'll make available the nod to Oswalt, since he racks up more strikeouts. I'd take Halladay on my troop any day though.

almost a complete toss-up, but i think halladay have slightly better stuff and has be a little more consistent over times gone by few years...however, both of them are among the 5 or 10 best starting pitchers in baseball

Has Oswalt won a Cy Young? Has Oswalt ever still be in contention for a Cy Young 6 weeks after a mid-season and season-ending injury? (Yes, Halladay be THAT far ahead of the pack in '05.). Has Oswalt ever organize his league in innings pitched? Or within complete games? Has Oswalt ever pitched into extra innings? For that matter, have Johan Santana ever done so? Halladay -- he is much more dependable and steady. He also has a different Cy Young than Oswalt.
Oswalt is the best pitcher in the NL.He deserved the Cy Young the finishing 2 years.The most wins within the NL for the past 3 years.If the lot in life of the world rested on one game I'd want Oswalt on the mound.
Halliday have done it longer than Oswalt, plus he has bascially be the Toronto ace the last five or six years while Oswalt have been competent to pitch under the radar near Clemens and Petitte being aorund Houston most of that time time of year.

K means strikeout. What if the 6th batter within the lineup strikes out 3 times in a hobby and he's the only one that have strike outs? Then, it would probably look like 666.

I'm sure you're kidding, but the first time I ever saw this be with Gooden (I'm pretty sure the practice started next to him), I didn't know what was going on up in that, and yes, he had three K's at the time I saw it for the first time. I couldn't assume why NY fans be doing that to an African American pitcher until the broadcasters explained the K-Corner.

The fans put up one K when the pitcher strikes one human being out, then when they strike another individual out they put another K up and the same beside when they strike out the last batter. abreu i would agree have one of the best records, matsui only came pay for in the later couple games, so i cant say on that one, he be good finishing season, a-rod for sure is one, but this season, im actually gonna enjoy to say giambi is doing pretty ably.

Abreu is O.K. but not the best he doesn't hit to very well with runners on underside and blew it a lot within the clutch.
