BaseBall Questions and Answers
What is your last 25 man roster of current MLB players?
Question:They can't fill a role they don't currently hold on within team, ie no Carl Crawford as a pinch runner or K-rod as a setup guy, if they are a backup on your troop, they must really be a backup. You can form an AL of NL team and can set it up anyway you want to. Only rules are it have to be 25 guys and as stated they must fill equal role for you as they do for real. I'll offer mine when the I pick the top answer.

Lou Gehrig- the "Luckiest Man on the face of te Earth"
I enjoy a cut up knees. I am a catcher, How do i be in motion into my crouch minus putting pressure on my knees?
Answers:
You might want to stick your leg out so you won't put pressure on it. Might take some time getting used to, but you'll get the impression alot better in the conclude.
Don't get trailing the plate until you knee have healed. By continuing to crouch, you're continuing to aggravate the problem, and it simply won't treat. Play another position for a while, or DH.
take some time sour or get knees savers, they do amass my knees when i catch
i have the same problem a couple months ago, and turned out my shin guard where on earth too small
i had the full knee saver thing (which are a principal life saver) but my knees still hurt during and after. so i asked my doctor what i shold do and he said try going up a size within shin guards, and that help TONS!
so the moral of the story here is find larger shin guards
You need to survey tapes of Manny Sanguillen catching contained by the early seventies. He have a modified crouch where he extended one leg out to the side. This allowed him to be unbelievably flexible and quick down the plate and lessened the strain on his knees.
Without seeing the extent of the knee lay waste to I cannot render any advice
Use "knees savers". You should be able to buy them within any sporting goods store.
Why is everyone so gloomy nearly the white sox this year?
Answers:
Because they are not White Sox Fans.
because they're going to suck!
I don't get that awareness. Here in texas they receive their respect from baseball fans. solid hitting, solid pitching, I dream up they will compete very powerfully for the al central or crazed card. Tell Jermaine Dye to start hitting, he is killing my a story team.
I'm a Sox Fan and I don't presume everyone is all that distrustful. It's a very competetive division and we'll see. Performance of the Starting Pitching the 2nd partly of last year could be one object. Buehrle, Contreras and Vasquez were horrible. But, it looks close to Buehrle is way pay for on track, Contreras is OK and Vasquez is much improved. Garland requirements to get hindmost on track (looked solid in Oakland and except the 1st Inning solid in Detroit) and Danks looks angelic for a 5th. The trades of Garcia and McCarthy concerned people as ably. Have you seen how they've be doing this year. So far just getting Danks for both of them would enjoy been a steal. So great trades so far and it loaded Kenny Williams up near young pitching to bring up or trade. The hitting will pick up and the Bullpen looks pretty solid. All contained by all I conjecture things are pretty positive, but if you are looking for reasons why race may feel denial. Well...Now you have my belief on that
because they are not good. They get lucky and pitching got hot when they won the world series and they are within a tough division.
People are starting to be less cynical. I'm a white sox fan i notice early this season and into spring training that individuals were immensely negative. Now they are tied for first next to Cleveland so what can they say. We are surrounded by first.
because they deserve it.
the whiny sux think they will win 81 games this year, but specifically a wild wiild stretch.
