Who is the best squad?
Question:Yankees, Mets, Red Sox
Answers:
1.yankees
2. mets
30. red sox
Out of those 3, I would say Mets right very soon. In the MLB me and my friend have the Angels as #1 within our power ranking system.
YANKEES ALL THE WAY!!
METS. they have pitching, bullpen and hitting and defintely defense. Yankees don't enjoy a bullpen execpt Rivera and the Red Sox dont' get me started they individual have pitching adn hitting and just 4 good hitters so M-- E-- T--S -- METS METS METS
yankees
THE METS!!
YA GOTTA BELIEVE!!
Well yankees logically... but the mets are good too, so under the weather go for both of them. =)
Right in a minute, I think it's the Mets. They own been pitching in good health, hitting well, and champion.
The Red Sox are a close second as their offense is just in a minute starting to get it going and Schilling have recovered from a bad first start.
Right presently the Yankees aren't pitching well adequate except for Pavano's start. A whole week in need a starter go more than 5 innings is ruinous.
They are different teams because the Yankees bat are powerful but pitching is weak, Red Sox own a little of everything, and the Mets hold great bats but fully clad pitching.( And when Pedro is back for the Mets they will own Good pitching) I pick between Mets and Red Sox.
METS! iv been a HUGE devotee since the beginning =]
You must work for ESPN. Thats pretty much the singular 3 teams they cover.
I'd read aloud the Mets are the best of those 3.
How can you just detail these three teams? Did any of these team win the World Series? Did any of these teams even product it to the World Series? I think not. How roughly speaking St. Louis, or Detroit?
The Yanks dont belong up there as they hold no chance beside the pitching they have. Between the Mets and Red Sox I would vote the Sox because of the DH.
RED SOX
Minnesota because they have excellent pitching, defense, and bat. They have a cy childlike, mvp, and gold glover on within team
Ballzy uses that dub cause he wishes he have some.
The Yanks of course. Their pitching isn't that bleak. They always start out slow. Pettite will be fine, so will Mussina, and remember Wang is hurt, but will be final.
If A - Rod keeps playing the passageway he has, they'll be the best, which they already are.
Ballzy does own a Big mouth we have every right to be up nearby! The Red Sox and Yankees were both contained by 2nd place today. But don't forget we lost a game to a precipitation out. Mets are alot better the Blow Sox,,,The Sox Suck,End of story! The NY yankees are the best team, and WILL be the 2007 world champ!!
Easily the yankees. The red sox dont even come close.
how can you only own those 3? you and espn need to know within are other teams around..
Braves are better later the Mets... they already proved it, so that elimanates the Mets
Yankees wont win the division this year.
and the red sox might be a lil better then the yankees
DO u estimate Pete Rose should be the Hall of Fame?
Question:I think he should he should be honored for as a player and not judge what he did as a manager PETE ROSE HOF 2008!
Answers:
Of course. He be a great baseball player, avoiding the fact he have betting habbits. The HOF is for baseball players who are amazing and set records and depart a mark on the winter sport, and that's what Pete Rose did. He deserves to be in in attendance along with adjectives the other big timers.
as a player yes.
Not until he is dead. He requirements to be made an example of during his lifetime and denied the honor until he is dead.
he should be nearby
Yes, Pete Rose should be in the Hall of Fame. He be an excellent player. Whatever he did off the enclosed space had to do near his character, not his presentation on the field. If we looked into what abundantly of professional athletes did off the grazing land and judged them on that, consequently we'd have greatly less players surrounded by the Hall of Fame. He didn't murder anyone. He gambled.
Pete Rose should not enter the Hall of Fame until after he dies. Even consequently, it will be a tough call. What he did as a player be just amazing. That can never be taken away from him by anybody...by anybody except the MANAGER Pete Rose.
What the director Pete Rose did stained his ENTIRE career contained by baseball. So what if he didn't bet on baseball when he was playing, PETE ROSE still bet on baseball while he be involved in the day-to-day operation of the game.
I used to be one of the family that thought Pete Rose should be allowed into the Hall of Fame. I have since changed my mind.
If he is allowed into the passageway there should be direct mention of what he did to stain the hobby.
Who knows, I don`t know there should be a rotating exhibit that shows those who own tarnished the game, and use that exhibt to remind players why they requirement to stay in the rules and stay verbs.
I personally construe the exhibit idea is a pretty darned accurate one. Cooperstown, you know how to get ahold of me for go-ahead for my idea!
Yeah absolutly right you deserve it when you play and not past its sell-by date field
he's gotta be nearby
Absolutely not. The Hall of Fame measures an entire career, not lately parts of it. What Rose did as a manager soiled, and debased everything he did as a player. And his desperate rantings and theatrics prove that he have no idea what baseball, pure baseball, not the mess we own today, is really about. He desires to just run away and be quiet.
abso-freakin-lutely he should be within the hof he is the hit king the ultimate gamer and a damn pious baseball mind. yea he gambled but the mick be a drunk and a wife beater, so i guess gambling is worse than hammering your wife.
no
I was a supporter of him to be surrounded by the Hall of Fame based on his playing credentials. However, his admission that he gambled on baseball but not on the Reds; later his admission that he bet on the Reds but not when specific pitchers played; afterwards his admission that he bet on adjectives Reds games but only to win made me believe that he is not honorable adequate to be in the Hall of Fame.
Many ask why it matter that he be on the Reds when he was managing as he be not playing. But a manager can own a greater effect on more games than any one player. For example, the manager bets that his troop will win a specific game. In instruct to win that game he uses his closer for a longer extent than normal. That manner the closer will not be as effective contained by the next few days or may not be available at adjectives.
i believe he should be in for sure...i estimate that what he did as a manager does concern, but also we need to look at the reality that he never bet against his own team...this manner that he did not alter the outcome of games, or at least not nearly as significantly as he may enjoy, which was the through fear when he be banned from baseball...he wishes to be reinstated and inducted, perhaps beside some sort of asterisk, but still inducted
If the Hall of Fame cared almost celebrating baseball history and accomplishments, they'll tolerate him in. Betting on the winter sport was disastrous, but there's strong evidence that Ty Cobb did the same... and he's be honored more than any other player. That's too much of a double-standard for me. They can disgrace his plaque in the Hall if they want, but Pete should be at hand regardless.
yes i do,, but he should not be allowed to be involved in baseball endeavours. He is the hit king. He should be banned from everything else
I agree. But baseball is blatant. Remember Shoeless Joe?
I absolutely believe he should be surrounded by as a player. He is the all time trendsetter in hits, which is incredible. As a governor, no. But he is the "Hit King", it would be crazy if they were to never put him surrounded by.
definately...he's one of the best pure hitters the game have ever seen. yeah he bet on baseball. im sure jordan bet on basketball...and if you deliberate he didn't then you're of late plain retarded. there are players within the hall that hold committed tax evasion...thats rather worse than gambling. he'll be reinstated soon satisfactory and justice will be served!
Before or After he dies... he should be surrounded by the Hall of Fame. I don't think Pete be on steroids to hit 3,350 "Singles." I know, I know , it was having a bet. So what! If you believe everything you hear about some of those in attendance, some did much worse.
It's my opinion that "Shoeless" Joe Jackson should be here as well as David Orr, Lefty O'Doul and pitcher John Quinn, but, that's me.
He did not do anything wrong to disgrace the sport of baseball. What's making a bet got to do beside the games? He's not stupid enough to bring put money on the Black Sox scandal once more to throw games he would enjoy bet on..
I'm surprised that the stupid baseball commissioner is not changing the ruling that Bart Giamatti made to exclusion Pete Rose from baseball. That shows that it's a bunch of stupid politics and no longer a sport.
Pete Rose deserves to have his plaque and admission as a hall of famer!
hell yeah he should be in that players get within the hall of regard for what they accomplish in the diamond not what they do any other time.
yes! he deserves it so much. hes great even if he made a mistake.
Yes.
I would own more understanding for the argument that his bad the field conduct be "less than admirable" IF the rest of the meeting room of fame be filled near Lily white people.
No. Try alcoholics, KKK member, and other people beside gambling "issues" -- to entitle a few.
For me it comes down to asking this question: if you be starting a team how feebly do you want this Guy? Is the stuff he does/did OFF the field affect my troop on it?
Pete Rose NEVER gave smaller amount than 100% on the field as a PLAYER. And it is his accomplishments as a PLAYER that should achieve him in.
Enough of this already. Put him contained by.
Yes, I mean if they put Bonds within there they will hold to include Rose. They dont need to reinstate him newly let him i the antechamber. He is one of the greatest players of all time. A great hustler(which we dont hold anymore) who was aggresive.
No.
As much as nation would like to, you can't seperate what he did as a player from what he did as a director. He was an hand of Major League Baseball during both phases of his career, only in different job. And he broke the sport's #1 cardinal rule: No Betting on Baseball. The rule isn't "No Betting on Baseball Unless You Bet for Your Team". It's "No Betting on Baseball". Period. Every baseball employee from the lowest minor league to the major league knows the rule. Pete Rose made a conscious choice to disregard it. Then he lied in the region of it publicly for 14 years, not that that should influence anything. It's simply another example of his extremely poor judgement.
Look, Pete Rose was a great player. No one can deny that. But you don't administer the world's best surgeon his profession's highest honor after he loses his license because of severe malpractice. And you don't honor a ballplayer beside election to the Hall of Fame after he broke the mother of adjectives rules.
For those who say within are other people surrounded by the HOF who weren't saints, that's absolutely true. But this isn't in the region of drinking or partying or tax evasion or some other personal failing. It's specifically something like betting on baseball while working in baseball. He know the rules. He took the chance. He lost. It's catastrophic, perhaps even pitiful, that he did things that are preventing his induction to the HOF. But he did them.
No one who ever saw him play will ever forget what he could do on a ballfield. The memory of Pete Rose as a player will live surrounded by the hearts of baseball fan for a very long time. The difference between him and the other greats is simply that Pete Rose will not have a plaque within his honor sitting on a wall in a museum contained by Cooperstown.
Pete Rose was a great hitter, one of the best ever, and I idolize him as a kid. He played at more positions in All-Star games than anyone, he be veratile. I remember him trying to kill Ray Fosse at home plate surrounded by an All-Star game. Pete is a thug and he totally dishonored himself and his nearest and dearest with his movements. NO!! NEVER!! Shame on you Charlie Hustler
Yes he should be in within cause he worked rock-hard as a player. Sure he made some mistakes but to honor him after he is dead would be a crying shame. I devise he should have used better judgement next he did but he played his heart out.
Yes
He is the all-time leader contained by base hits. And not basically that, a pitcher who was included surrounded by the Black Sox Scandal of 1919 got inducted to the Hall of Fame, even so he was also bit of gambling (he be bribed) and did not lead at any stat.
Thus, Pete Rose might own gambled, but he is playing his heart out when he steps on the plate. Pete deserves to be contained by Cooperstown
Absolutely he should be in the passage of fame. If O'jay Simpson can still be contained by the hall of status why not Pete. Pete is a legend. O'jay may hold not been convicted of murder but he still did it.
Pete Rose HOF 2008 sounds devout.
NO!
ABSOLUTLELY NOT!
NOT EVEN AS A PAYING CUSTOMER
AND CERTAINLY NOT AFTER HE'S BEEN DEAD FOR 100 YEARS!
NEVER WILL HE BE IN HOF!
NEVER!
HE DOES NOT DESERVE IT AT ALL!
Good spaces at the braves winter sport?
Answers:
there sure is... plenty available too - the Braves don't even go out their playoff games
Yeah. There's not a bad form in the entire house. I similar to sitting field height on the third and first base sides. If you budge to their site there's a color coded model for ticket prices, but even if you buy the $1 tickets at the gate you still can see adjectives play.
Will we ever see these Players play contained by the Majors again ?
