Go with Weeks. He is a better player. I think you have bigger issues than 2nd base though...
What Recorder do u reason will never be broken?
Question:i say the AVG and RBIS
Answers:
Average, RBI, HITS, pitching Wins, pitching loses, Stolen Bases, most consecutive games played
The Touchdown Record wont be broken for a wile or the ideal season
a tape recorder
Some of the trade pitching records -- Young's 511 win and 749 complete games in out of the ordinary -- will never be broken because the gameplay conditions have changed far too much since later. (For that matter, Young's losses copy is similarly untouchable.)
I’m going to say Cy Young’s 7354.7 innings pitched. The subsequent guy on the list is 6003.3 by Pud Galvin, the subsequent guy on the list that I one-sidedly saw pitch is Phil Niekro with 5404.3 inning pitched and Roger Clemens have 4817.7. to put this into prospective Roger Clemens would have to pitch for another 20 years to break Cy Young’s account. I know the Wins is a huge one almost 150 more wins by Clemens to slaughter Cy Young’s record (using Clemens incentive he put Cy Young’s Records into the realm of reality).
on the RBI Bonds simply need 15 to break it
Ripken's 2,632 straight games. No body plays straight anymore, and the total is simply too high. The longest moving streak right now is Migi, and he would entail to play until he is 40 without ever missing a winter sport to break it.
I would say Cy Youngs 511 win, With the 5 man pitching rotations they have today, pitchers basically don't have as abundant oppurtunities, Ty Cobb's .367 lifetime Avg. runs a close second.
I know your thinking Joe DiMaggio's 56 game hitting streak but I would own to say Cal Ripken's consecutive winter sport streak of 2,632 games will never be broken ! But you have to include both
I agree next to the pitching records of work IP or Wins, but for that matter the single season win of Old Hoss Radbourn 59 or even the post 1900 wins copy of Jack Chesbro 41 in 1903 or Ed Walsh 40 contained by 1908 are safe. Negative archives like John Coleman's 48 losses surrounded by 1883 or Vic Willis' post 1900 record of 29 contained by 1905 are safe as all right. Ironically despite the 29 losses in a season Willis is contained by the Hall Of Fame.
all the feeble pitching records
Hendersons' stolen remains records
Steve Howe's eight drug related suspensions
any bat average over .400 wont be touched for a while
no one smaller than Eddie Gaedel will bat
No one will ever seize hired by the same troop as many times as Billy Martin
No one will ever play next to as many injuries as Mickey Mantle
Joe DiMaggio's hitting streak. Every year somebody puts a 20 something hitting streak and sometimes find into the 30's, but nobody gets close. This have to be toughest thing to do, getting a hit surrounded by 56 straight games. A pitcher might just way of walking you everytime intentionally just to stop the streak. For the others, adjectives you need is to be consistent and play every daytime for a long time.
DiMaggio's hitting streak.
back to hindmost no hitters, no one will ever get hold of 3 in a row
The MLB National League Record for human being hit by a pitch: 287 by Craig Biggio... needs basically 6 more for Major League record. Why don't I dream up it'll ever be broken? Well does anyone really want to go thru adjectives that pain it'll pinch to get here? Gotta have a lotta ball to do that!
What designated hitter have the ultimate stats and what happen when the AL plays the NL within the use of a dh?
Question:need this info for class
Answers:
David Ortiz and Travis Hafner are really devout designated hitters. When an NL team comes to an AL park, they use the DH. When an AL troop comes to a NL park, they do not use the DH rule.
The best DH ever was Harold Baines. Many better players hold played DH for a year or two, but the DH was Baines' primary spot.
When the AL plays the NL contained by an NL park there is no DH.
When the AL plays the NL surrounded by an AL park the DH is used.
Don't know about stats, but whether or not the DH rule is used depends on which league is hosting the winter sport. If the game is within an AL stadium, the DH is used and if the game is surrounded by a NL stadium, then the pitchers hold to hit.
MLB all-time strike out person in command?
Answers:
Nolan Ryan.
Nolan Ryan
Nolan Ryan: 5,714 career strikeouts
That would be Nolan Ryan next to 5,714 life time K's.
Nolan Ryan 5,000+
All time pitcher: Nolan Ryan 5714
All time Batter: Reggie Jackson 2597
Here they are:
Nolan Ryan 5,714
Roger Clemens 4,604
Randy Johnson 4,544
Steve Carlton 4,136
Bert Blyleven 3,701
Carlton and Ryan are HOF. Clemens and Johnson will be HOF.
Somebody explain why Blyleven is not...
