Question:The players are suppose to be role models for kids ,but the league is saying it is ok for u too throw a knees into a groin ,or an elbow ,or fould a person dirty ,but return with off the bench and you will return with suspended .What is wrong with the NBA ,they r suppose to be role models . Do u agree or disagree beside me and explain please

I agree totally, but when all that matter is the almighty dollar than to hell with the kids. My inference is that NBA officials have need of to start calling the fouls on the court as they happen and it will hold back alot of the retaliation attacks that are happening at the train of games. Its basketball, its a non contact sport so call the spectator sport accordingly.
i agree.i presume sportsmanship is gone.in basketball and baseball it would be nice if they strolled by respectively other and said nice game..close to in their younger days...
football players mingle and are more apt to congratulate the other troop...there are no saints within football either, but at lowest possible they have some considerate of interaction
1st of all don't listen to hubert. 2nd, no the NBA suits aren't losing verbs, but the referees sure are. Think going on for it. All of this stuff that has happen in these playoffs could own been no issue if the refs would phone up the fouls, the techs, and the flagrants. The refs are passive, not taking control of the activity, and allowing the emotions and frustrations to escalate to a point where on earth the players are losing their cool. As for the knee to the groin, Bowen be trying to clear space, and nash is a flopper. Enough said. As for Horry's foul, he should have be suspended, maybe for longer. But remember that with the sole purpose two Suns get suspended. That ability two things... 1) that only Diaw and Stoudemire are to blame for departing the bench, no one else moved out the bench, everyone else controlled themselves. 2) How often do adjectives players involved in the altercation draw from t's, ejected, and suspended. Nash went after Horry, and zilch happened to him. Raja Bell fought next to him, and nothing happen to him. And that's the way it should be. The NBA showed right judgement by only punishing the instigator. Diaw and Stoudemire, u know the rule, u've see big time players like Barkely, and Ewing draw from suspended for the same piece. Only they are to blame.
Don't be ridiculous. Every NBA player knows the rules and what commotion would occur if players be allowed to leave the bench and come onto the court when things warmness up. It was the right appointment. The other players remained seated. why didn't these two? What was their intent?

most population i've heard analyze amare and boris departing the bench was that a player must protect their teammates... but protect them from what exactly?... the foul already occur... there is nought really left to protect them from unless they are nippy enough to shut in the player mid flight from hitting the floor... what they are actually truism is that they need to retaliate or be on the floor surrounded by case a skirmish breaks out... that is what the rule is trying to deter... as for the kneeing within the crotch, elbows to the face, and pushes on the rear legs... that's why there are methodical fouls, degrees of flagrant fouls, and ejections... the NBA is not around to cure cancer or carry out world peace... they are a business with self imposed social obligation.

Next, the Cavs fluff up an injured NJ team lacking Nenad Krstic, and a barely recovered RJ. Had NJ be in the West, they wouldn't enjoy made the playoffs this year.

Look, I'm a Pistons hanger-on, but the reason LeBron isn't stringing together championship is because his teammates blow. His sidekicks are a center who can only play 27 mpg, and a two guard who shoots more or less 8% from the field.

To me they are equally as efficient. Lebron is a better athlete as far as man unstoppable. Wade obvioulsy is a great player. Lebron by a you know what hair, but I would hold to say that near Wade missing games this year Lebron is looking alot more reliable.
