BasketBall Questions and Answers

If you have to choose, would you to some extent be a "great defender" or a ''great scorer".?

Question:Obviously its a lose lose situation because here you have Bowen, arguably the best protector in the activity yet everyone hate him including myself because he's physical and a bit dirty.

And Kobe, one of the greatest scorers of our generation and get knocked for putting up 82 while victorious the game. Looked at as a Ball hog and an arrogent prick.

Pick your Poison, and mind you both enjoy 3 Championship rings do to their play.
Answers:

Great scorer I mean mortal good at defense isn't appreciated as much as dominating on the coarse end Also you achieve more spotlight I mean whenever you see that Spurs highlights adjectives you see are Duncan, Ginonibi, and Parker. Also Bowen probably won't be a hall of famer while Kobe have a better chance. Finally population just procure used to good defender so people don't grasp quite as surprised or entertain as if somebody drops 50+ and NBA players supposed to entertain so I will to some extent be the one that entertains more.
self rather be a great scorer. especially approaching kobe cuz he's a great defender too. he can thump bowen.
great defender looks more intimidating
A great scorer will procure you more air time and a better arbitrary to go to the H.O.F
do i want to be a kobe or a ben wallace? reflect of the possibilities
DEFENSE WINS CHAMPIONSHIPS...

MICHAEL JORDAN HAS 6 RINGS...HE AND HIS DEFENSE AND OFFENSE DID MORE THAN ANY OTHER TEAM..WITH A SMALL EXCEPTION OF THE LAKERS WITH MAGIC/KAREEM/WORTHY ETC..
honesty I would rather be a great ally cause the mature saying go "defense wins championships" a short time ago look at the Spurs.
When you really think more or less it, a defensive stop is freshly as important as a game-winning shot, I would also pick defense because I'm not a great shooter or inside man.

As far as Bowen go: couldn't agree more, the man is a dirty defender.
I'd a bit be a great scorer. Basketball is a scorers game. Great offense other beats great defense contained by basketball.
I'd rather be a great protector. As a former player, and lover of the game, I can transmit you that great defenders are far more irregular than great scorers. I think it's alot tougher to stop a guy in need fouling him than it is to score on him. If a guy can do both really powerfully, like Jordan, Shaq and others, they're truly great basketball players.
I'd a bit be a dominant scorer.
Defensive players might win championships but unacceptable players gain recognition and renown. Both scorers and defense are needed, but who do you think is getting a bigger paycheck? who do you surmise will be looked at first for the hall of standing? In basketball, scoring will always be looked upon near more interest then defense
a flawless scorer is alot hard to find than a correct defender. You other go next to the offensive players.
I'd to some extent be a great scorer based on personal experience. In my senior and junior year of dignified school I organize my team contained by blocked shots and in my senior year I front in Rebounds. I didn't win a lot of naming and often didn't acquire minutes because I wasn't putting up a lot of points. It wasn't until the stats where on earth published in a season summary within the local paper that I get recognition. So except the NBA level defense is beneath appreciated.

Look at the pay roll except Ben Wallace what great defender's( known more for Defense than Offense) carry max deals.
I'd a bit be a great scorer. Fans pack stadiums to see great scorers, not great defenders. As a result, great scorers are almost other the biggest stars in their sport ... and the uppermost paid. Finally, a great scorer can become a pious, if not outstanding, champion while it's rare that a great champion becomes an outstanding scorer.

Being a great scorer doesn't expect you're doomed to be a ballhog. Look at Dwayne Wade and LeBron James. Each of them is capable of scoring 35 points/game, but they've chosen to involve their teammates within their respective offenses.
I'd rather be a great scorer for the simple cause that a great defender wouldn't be capable of stop me. Go KOBE

Will the Rockets flog Utah tonight?

Question:Who do you think will win will rockets progress to the second round or the series will get tied.
Answers:

I hope the Rockets, but it will probably budge to game 7. The Rockets will win it later.
I think they'll close them out tonight.
No
It should be another firm fought game, but I suspect the Jazz will probably win Game 6 on their home floor. I other like to see a series that go the full 7 games (which doesn't happen that much, since most series stop in 6 games or less), so hopefully Utah will prevail. Home court have ruled in this series so far.
O ya, you arn't going to see a hitting like this since Rodney King
No, the Jazz are strong at home and if they enjoy enough crowd support, they'll win. In Houston might be a different story.

Did you know that not with the sole purpose are the Spurs a hopeful & competent troop who works economically together on the court..?

Question:..they are also a group of committed, respectful, down-to-earth, non-controversial, genuinely NICE guys next to a real heart for their fan and their community?

Try saying THAT roughly the Mavericks with a straight obverse..

GO SPURS GO!
Answers:

Hell yeah!! lol I love the Spurs. From back when Duncan and Robinson won their first battle. I like that they're consistent. You're right, Duncan, Ginobili, Parker and the other guys give the impression of being really nice and down to earth.
moral anylisis! they are an excellent team, and class act off the court! tim duncan is a well brought-up man! however, the next round willbe much tougher! it is the PHOENIX SUNS THEY ARE PLATYING! and i aversion to burst your bubble, but the suns will win it in 6! and they, too, enjoy community minded men on team, similar to steve nash! it will be good series!
Now that's too funny.lol.
Great point... but in the past I'd say within are other teams which be just close to that it's obvious that you're on the spurs bandwagon, so you would effort less on my feelings.
Duncan is a class act - I respect him as a player and a human being. He does whine a bit too much and is nearing the end of his profession.

Robert Horry is not respectable, I clearly remember him throwing a towel in the frontage of one of his old coaches, not cool and amazingly immature. Horry have an additude problem, a major chip on his shoulder.

Ginobili is a dirty player - he make Kobe look like a saint and his flops are so unconcealed

Parker is a great player but he is getting kind of cocky contained by his success.

Finley is a released player trying to show his worthiness after the Mav's said see ya

Brent Barry is getting prehistoric as well and his activity is getting stale

The Spurs are a great team but they are completely boring to watch. They are fundamentally methodical and know how to use every second of the clock. If they don't slow down the Suns they are done!

All of the NBA teams do great stuff for their community and for the kids, so its not a moment ago the Spurs.

It's a big league and the Spurs are just one of them. But hey, look at it this bearing: You get to see them play a few more times since the Suns send them fishing for the summer.

Amare is going to put Duncan contained by the meatgrinder - I can't wait!

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...
Agreed. Every other squad had a player that will lose his director easily.
