I'm 26 & 200lbs. can drop to 170 confidently. combined a boxing club. 5'11' & 78" accomplish.What is my concept counterbalance class?
Like I said 200lbs, 78" reach (middle finger tip to middle finger tip), arm length is 27.25". milieu bone structure. very natural, but out of shape, if that make sense. Any other suggestions greatly appreciated.Answers: There is no Super Middleweight in amateur, merely pro.
Men's divisions in amateur boxing: starting at welterweight, because you're visibly not gonna fight any lighter than that.
* Welterweight 64.1 to 69 kg
* Middleweight 69.1 to 75 kg
* Light Heavyweight 75.1 to 81 kg
* Heavyweight 81.1 to 91 kg
* Super Heavyweight over 91kg
**To convert to pounds, multiply these numbers by 2.2
So at 170 lbs, you would be pale heavyweight. But at 165, you would be at the top of Middleweight. At 151.8, you would be at the top of Welterweight, but that is probably too pale for you. Depends how much fat you enjoy vs. muscle.
I would say only just train your **** off close to you normally should and keep hold of an eye on your weight. Pushing to brawl too light can result contained by a loss of energy surrounded by the ring and can actually be treacherous. 160 if you can make it. The 78" achieve is going to seriously help you against middleweights. I'm 6'0" near a 72". I fought a guy with long arms, but matching height..i couldn't punch beside him, had to counterpunch. Anywhere form Welter(147lbs.) - Light Heavy(175) its adjectives preference, what suites you better.
Have you ever well dropped 30 pounds..I'm thinking this boxing thing is going to school you some hard course
Drop 30 pounds too quickly and see how doomed to failure you'll feel. No animation. Your chin will be a tremendouse target.
