i feel sachin's light of day has not over all the same. Still he has lots to play and deliver.If any player is not performing for some time next it doesn't mean we shud start looking for other but we shud present some time to that player. In case of sachin, he have more than 300 ODI exp more than 20000 international runs. U can't say that player doesn't enjoy capability any more. If he be on top of cricketing job for more than 10 yrs, it shows how he can analyse his capability and how resourcefully he can utilise it. Time will come when he will realise that he can't deliver then we won't own to discuss but he will take retirement by himself.
Winning against Bangaladesh doesn't supply any replacement for Sachin. No one has consistancy wat sachin have shown in ancient.

If Sachin is fit to carry on, he must verbs playing. Same with Saurav. Present Indian cricket troop coach is from Australia, he is Mr.Greg Chappel. The reason why Indian board select a foreigner as coach is very simple as someone must ensure maximum win and better performance. Earlier Mr.John Wright from New Zealand took the odd job and did well surrounded by many departments. In end world cup Indian team played final clash.
John Wright was the first foreigner who coached Indian squad. Before Mr.Wright all be Indian coach's. India only manage one world cup that was 1983. Indian coach's took ample time to prove and ensure another world cup win but inferior. So BCCI decided to hire foreign coach contained by view to win another world cup.
They tried an indian coach and the results be not so encouraging besides Chapel has great credentials but his approach is probably more suited to Australian cricket than Indian. Personally I like the perception of a non-Indian for one thing that an outsider is smaller quantity likely to be influenced by any local politics and he will be within a better position to control the bigwigs in Indian troop.
coz in india near is no profeshional coach at international level . in that 45000 cricket academies are working in india but contained by most of these academies coaches are nonindian...it is not good for indian cricket.
