When my elder used to say that Indians worked enormously well underneath the British for we as a race work better lower than strict discipline only,i never used to resembling what they said.Over the years i found yes,in the nothingness of strict discipline we are a lazy see.Having said this i do not think it should be anybody's overnight case that no Indian knows how to enforce discipline.In my belief a strong Indian coach will not only know how to communicate better with the players on report of the home language power but will have that Indian exciting touch too.
unfortunately those advanced coaching methods dont suit us,we necessitate some one low profile,determined,result oriented who understand our cricket scenario better,a indian coach is only the soultion,a ranji state squad coach would be a better choice
