A resounding NO. Previous contributors own already made the point that this would be "giving in to the terrorists". It is also worth considering that the West Indies (not a single nation but a group of small, not especially wealthy, states) have invested many millions into the competition and will lose out heavily if the remainder of the ball is abandoned.
