How 2 batsmen achieve out on one globe?

Why is everybody so stupid over here!
You cant get 2 relatives out from 1 ball because as soon as a batsman get out,the ball become dead, so theres no use of throwing the orb at the other stumps and hitting it because the ball is already departed.
Let me give you an example:
Suppose Tom and John are bat,Tom is at the striker's end,
John is at the non-strikers ruin,
and Harry is bowling.
so Harry bowls the ball, Tom hits it and starts running,
a fielder with alacrity gets the globe and throws it to the wicket keeper, and the wicket warden gets the globe and stumps John who was running towards the strikers's ruin. After stumping John, the wicket keeper realize that Tom still hasn't reached his ground and the wicket warden throws a direct hit in the stumps at the other come to an end, but since he already stumped John earlier and the globe was already motionless after he stumped John,the direct hit doesn't count and Tom will be safe, but John will be out
so conclusively, you cant out 2 batsmen within a single ball
