Im investigational to cycling, where on earth can i find a modestly priced brand new bike or a virtuous used bike surrounded by ginger county.?

Answers:

Depends what you're looking for, price range, and if you know how to go-between quality vs second-hand goods.

Some bike shops carry used bikes, prices tend to be above flea market but you know it's quality.

Craigslist / ebay / classified are hit and miss, at hand are some good deal but you have to know what you're doing and in attendance are lots of scammers.

Garage sales and thrift stores close to Goodwill are sometimes good finds, but you enjoy to do a lot of driving around simply to find old unwanted items.

My best recommendation is a substantial bikeshop that carries used bikes.

Good luck,
Scott
be in motion to a cycling store and find your size then budge to:

www.bikesdirect.com and start shopping. I've bought two bikes from them. best prices online I've found for new bikes. AND tons better than retail.
Tough to find a biddable used bike. OC shops don't do much in the track of trades. EBay is a real crap shoot. Craig's List is fine, but you can't regularly tell what you'll bring when you show up.

Still, you can find a decent unknown bike for a fair price.

Try "The Path" Bike shop within Tustin. You can try a larger store like Performance (formerly Supergo) within either Fountain Valley or Laguna Hills. They enjoy a wide test.

Last, you could try Sea Schwinn in Costa Mesa. They are pretty friendly within there...

The personage who won Tour de france cycling for seven years continuously?

Question:he could defeat cancer beside his courage
Answers:

Lance..I dumped my wife and kids and then dumped my girlfriend when she get cancer.armstrong..what a hero, what a man, what a jerk!

Lance Armstrong is a discouraging father, a bad husband, a womanizer, cast off his children and people come up with he's great because he won the Tour 7 times. The measure of man's greatness is not how lots athletic events he wins or how various yellow braclets populace wear in honor of his cause. The measure of a man's greatness is his personality. Ask his children if they think Lance is a great man.

To "Live Strong" is to do what is right, to be a husband, a father and live a enthusiasm of character. Lance didn't overcome cancer, the doctor's and the drug he took overcame cancer.

I am 6'1 what is the correct size mountain bike for me?

Answers:

You need to move about to a bike store and have them fit you next to one. That's what I did and my bike fits me perfectly. They will fit you near the bike, see to it that the seat and touch bars are accustomed and make sure the brakes are used to properly. You will find that a good bike shop will own bikes of many different styles and prices. I get my bike for a very possible price and it fits me perfectly.
You're gonna want a big frame but really the question is what nice of riding will you be doing, because there are incredibly different type for different rides. If you were for example to do single track, bad road and were to stir for a specialized you'd probably want a 19-21".

It wants to surface a little small so that you can control it.

Good luck
Generally, a 6'1" guy would use a 20" mountain bike. However, I would not buy a bike short getting a good fit. Sizing a bike have a lot more to it than standover elevation (especially on mountain bikes, where you hold sloping top tubes). You should have your local bike shop give a hand you out.

If you are buyig a bike online (and don't feel right about getting your local bike shop to fit you, merely to buy somewhere else), then check out Zinn cycles. They specialize contained by fitting tall riders. They own an online sizing calculator. You might give this a shot: http://zinncycles.com/fitsystems/login.a...
i would budge with a 20". you want a roomy enough frame to be comfortable but lower the form if you just want to cruise around. im 5' 9" an i use a 19.5" which is a bit hulking for me. i always crash my knees on the frame when doin tricks. best way to find out is to try it. try an 18", 20" and 22" ans see which feel more comfortable.
There are other factors besides loftiness. I'm 6'3" with a 34" inseam and ride a 19.5-20" mountain bike next to a 120mm stem. I recommend starting with a 18" but getting a sizing from your bike shop is the best road to determine your bike size.
