Answers:

it should, but it depends on what you're eating. You can't lose mass by exercising alone if you're stuffing garbage into your mouth adjectives the time. It has to be a combination between exercise and a fair diet

YES AND NO.

IT WOULD GIVE YOU STRONG LEGS,NICE THIGHS AND CALVES.

Well from my understanding of how the body works it really depends on how much time you ride for. your body really doesn't evewn start to burn corpulent untill about after 20mins. of physical exercise. if you run far enought yes it will help you lose solidity
It depends on how long (30-45 minutes is ideal) and how vigorous the riding.

30-45 minutes at a pretty well brought-up pace and throw within some hills 3 times a week along beside a sensible diet and you'll lose weight.
It depend on ur diet..If u chomp through a lot everyday the u will not lose weightiness...To lose weight u necessitate to have a sensible diet plus exercise which including cycling also..
A combination of exercise and natural eating is the individual way to lose substance. Riding the bike is the first part, but you will also requirement to reduce how much you drink, and choose healthier foods. If you are significantly overweight or enjoy other health problems, please see your doctor beforehand starting an exercise or diet program to make sure you won't be putting yourself at risk for a heart attack or something.
From my consciousness, if your output of energy is greater than your input later you will lose weight. Cycling, similar to any physical activity requires heartiness and will contribute to the output.Input is also very considerable so watch that you are drinking well.
Yes, you can. Although, freshly to be in the risk-free side. You always want to do a physical check up next to your doctor. Ask the doctor if bike riding is the appropiate way to loose counterbalance for you. Also counsel with a certified nutritionist to see what robust nutrition menu you can use. but whatever you settle on, be consistant with anything you do.
Everything is elemental math for something like this. Amount of calories taken within over amount of exercise putting out. Riding is an excellent way to lose counterweight with low impact. Balance the diet and cardio (bike riding) and weightiness lifting. The diet is key though....Good luck
It indubitably will help you lose consignment. Doing the same type of exercise everyday though is not the best approach to improve your overall fitness however. I'd embark on an exercise program near numerous kinds of distraction. Include some running, weight training, etc.
If you be to consume the same amount of food respectively day short increasing the quantity/calories... then on average riding a bike 6 times/days a week for nearly 5 miles each time will comfort you lose about 11 pounds a year.....you can any cycle more than that or reduce your calorie intake by roughly 500 calories a day..that will backing you lose another pound a week...although having said that it would adjectives depend on what you weigh right now...the more overweight you are to start off with, the more shipment you will lose until it settles.
As time goes on you can increase the time cycling to bump up the consignment loss too.
Yes it would if as previously stated your eating program is a nutritious one. It would be good to rise and fall your workouts though. Muscle confusion helps hold on to you burning calories & certain cargo lifting type exersises are good for cyclists. When you cycle you should do harder days & after easy days so your muscles can start again.
I cycle at most 4-5 days a week.I have lost 95 pounds so far by using an exchange plan (not a diet, it's a channel of life), cycling & doing the gym.
Good luck! Join a bicycle club, they will be helpful to you.
Not if your consumption of food is getter or indistinguishable as the amount of calories burned by your rides. To help you lose counterweight watch your intake of unpromising calories. And eat in good health. And plan out a exercise routine with cycling as one of your aerobic exercises.
Yes, as long as you don't guzzle like a pig while your not riding.

Would a trek 7.2 fx be okay for unimproved trail riding?

Answers:

No, the 7.2 is a hybrid bike. It is primary designed for uninspired road riding but could handle some simple trails. For unimproved trail riding, you would want a mountain bike. They own knobby tires, smaller wheels, and more agility. If your riding will primarily be doing a tour, you could buy a mountain bike and install "slick" tires for most days. When you want to go rotten road, use the tires that came beside the bike.
Jay P hit the nail on the skipper. Get a mountian bike.
