I freshly started riding my Dahon Bike?

Question:...I went out for the first time on city roads on my Dahon and the lone thing i.e. sore id my aft. Any suggestions on how to minimize my pain?
Answers:

If you haven't ridden a bike contained by a while, you will be sore for the first few rides as your body gets used to riding. Getting a perfect saddle and/or cycling shorts can help by providing a more comfortable fit and extra nouns.

Make sure that you aren't leaning too far forward or too far pay for - you should be on your sit bones. To find your sit bones, sit cross-legged on a hard floor and rock fund and forth until you feel the bones of your lower pelvis. You can also squat and touch the sit bones with your hand.

Once you know where your sit bones are, you can verbs that knowledge to the bike. When you are on the saddle, your belly muscles should be slightly flexed to support the weight of your upper body while keeping your sit bones surrounded by contact with the saddle.
Dahon's are disreputably rough on the road because of their small gearstick size. There is nothing you can really do just about this except go to a bike store and purchase a form pad or a saddle that fits your body better.

Can you catch struck by lighting on a bicycle?

Question:In a car you are risk-free, but what about on a bike? You are riding on a rubber tubes, does that back?
Answers:

Lightening and all electricity for that event takes to towpath of least resistance as it flows. In a motor, the path of most minuscule resistance is through the walls of the car, through the tires, and into the ground. Unfortunately, if you capture struck on a bike, the path of lowest resistance is through your body. That is not so good.
Of course you can catch struck by lightening on a bicycle, and the rubber tires aren't going to prevent you from being injured.

Car tires do not protect you from lightening...

"MYTH: Rubber Tires Protect You From Lightning In A Car By Insulating You From The Ground
TRUTH: Lightning laughs at two inches of rubber! Most cars are acceptably safe from lightning. But it’s the metal
roof and metal sides that protect you, not the rubber tires. Thus convertibles, motorcycles, bicycles, embark on
shelled outdoor recreational vehicles, and cars next to plastic or fiberglass shells offer no lightning protection.
Likewise, grow and construction vehicles beside open cockpits tender no lightning protection. But closed cockpits
with metal roof and sides are safer than going outside. And don’t even ask almost sneakers!"
it should help since the tires are rubber and adjectives, but you can still be struck by lightning, same as in a coupé, and you can be injured in both. but you know it's still not the safest entry to be doing during a thunderstorm :P

You sure can. The insulation between you and the ground is insignificant compared to a car. Also, in that is nothing over your organizer to deflect the current. You should get bad the bike and seek shelter surrounded by a thunderstorm.
You can get struck by lightning lately about anywhere. Look at the Sago mine disaster. Those guys weren't even protected underground.
Why would someone give mr.perfesser a thumbs down? It's a fine and accurate answer.

You are MUCH more vulnerable on a bike. In a vehicle, you're surrounded by a metal cage, and this can relief dissapate the strike. If it's raining out, then the electricity get conducted away from you to the ground. On a bike, just you and Thor - The God Of Thunder. One inch of rubber between you and the ground wil vaporize within a lighting strike.

There are usually a few road bikes at 2nd mitt stores like Salvation Army or Goodwill. If within is a used bike shop in your nouns, bingo!

Also try your local craigslist listings. I recommend against eBay only because it is better to try a bike until that time you buy it.
Depends how cheap you mean. Under lb300, possible but not much part in any of the components. Are you wanting cheaper than that?
All road bikes enjoy drop handle bar ! If you're talking give or take a few a racing style bike. Cheapest exotic bike would be something like the Fuji Finest 4.0. Around $400. You can find other's on e-bay, but expect to money $50-$75 for shipping. But I would'nt suggest you buy anything you can't test ride first.
