What is a fire road bike trail?

Answers:

It is a trail used by the fire department to put out fires and get around the mountain smartly. Mountain bikers like to use it because of its broad "paved" qualities. Fire roads are the conflicting of single track, which is a very peter out trail that can only fit one biker.
They aren't necessarily cobblestone in adjectives instances.
Fire roads are primitive forest service roads through the woods that exist to allow access for vehicles within the event of a forest fire. They aren't "preferred", by any means. They are typically graveled roads although they are sometimes inbred rock, dirt, or possibly an old smooth road that isn't in majority use anymore. Most are fairly rough, you don't hold anything to weave in and out of, they don't enjoy many obstacle, and have no "flow" at adjectives, so they're not the most fun thing out near but the forest service maintains them and they normally lead to cool places or connect patch of singletrack, so they are still ridden quite regularly.
usually a far-reaching (car width) dirt/gravel road/path this is fast and fun to ride your mountian/cross bike on. sometimes the street looks like two singletracks where on earth the wheels of the sports car roll over, and the center is grassy or rocky.

have fun!

How do you bunny hop a bike?

Question:Hi i'm 12, sometimes, I see my friend doing a bunny hop and I ask him how to do that, but he never explains clearly. So can you please tell me how to bunny hop a bike? Also, list some sites if you can, thanks. Oh, and my bike weigh 35 to 36 pounds, so please tell me if thats hard to digest or light.
Answers:

I couldn't do one for years- until I scholarly that I was going roughly it all wrong.
First, you requirement to point your toes downward slightly on the pedals. Once you do that, you can get better grip near your feet and raise the rear call a halt off the ground by pulling your foot up and back.
Practice that for a while. Once you bring that down, pull up the front (Pop a wheelie) and consequently immediately verbs the back finish off up. It takes a touch while to get the coordination down, but explicitly the way to do it!

Once you master that, you should know how to bunny hop just as high-ranking as you can lift the front helm.
The bike weight doesn't thing that much- technique is everything.
Good luck.
you crouch down against your handle bar and then spring up, "pulling" the bike near you and then when the bike hits the ground it will want to bounce, use that momentum as you "jump" it again. almost two or three times you can just use your foot to push down and "pull" up. its all more or less gravity and momentum.
well u enjoy to be strong and when u sit on the bike u have to duck and put ur legs underneath the bike and well submerge. i tryed to teach my friend but she can't do it
depends on what kinda bike you get a bmx bike would be the best to do it on as thats what i always used to do mine on.

anyhow stand on your pedals and than verbs up the front wheel valid hard close to you want to do a wheelie and than when u got the bikes front tire up within the air push down thorny on the handle bar.

takes some practice but practice will brand you perfect.

appropriate luck!
The way i do it is u put the petels horizantal and simply jump while poping a wille its really effortless once u accualy do it and youll probly think your stupid for not getting it at adjectives in the first place i no i did
There are two types of bunny-hop!
American/bmx style or XC (cross country) style, both hold been mentioned by others. You will carry the most height from American style hops, but XC ones are easier to swot up and can be done very confidently with clip-in pedals.

The principal of bmx style bunny hopping is like peas in a pod as doing an 'ollie' on a skate baord - lift up the front, shift your consignment forwards, and the rear will follow suite. The sophisticated you lift up the front the better the back will come, xc style hops are for when you own the saddle so far up your * you can't lean back satisfactory to lift up the front pedals very soaring - so you lift up both wheel simultaniously, tilting the pedals forwards to give grip.

To revise the 'feel' of hopping, practise going off a SMALL (about 1ft high) curved ramp, heave up the front wheel [as you would when riding rotten a curb] as you go stale the lip/edge of the ramp, then lean forwards; practise doing this so that your foot don't come off the pedals (as they might do at first), you should muzzle dive the front into the ground, thats why I say do it on a small ramp!

Once you can do this, bunny-hopping feel exactly the same, just there is no ramp to give support to lift up the front [lift up the front extra illustrious, so as to not nose dive].

If you ride at night manufacture sure you have a darkness light so other vehicle can see you coming. When I was younger it be on a school ground, children stipulation supervision and their bike needs training wheel.

What is the difference between captivating trainers and fluid trainers?

Question:And which do you recommend?
Answers:

Magnetic trainers use magnetic area resistance (like a motor winding) while fluid trainer use a small turbine within a fluid pocket for resistance.

I have to sell my appealing trainer because I could not get plenty resistance (I'm a big strong guy). However, it is very difficult to overpower a fluid trainer. Fluid trainers are more expensive. If a mag trainer provides satisfactory resistance, you might try one. Otherwise, go beside a fluid trainer.
I have unacquainted either, but a friend of mine uses the alluring one and he has be going through one a year. He said the next one he be going to try the fluid to see if it lasted longer.
