One preference is ride to work 4 days a week. One day bring your "normal" transportation, drive, bus, train and bring changes of clothes and pocket any laundry home. Bike the rest of the week.
Another option is paniers to fetch a change of clothes.
Since i don't requirement a suit what works for me is a backpack with a shift of shirt and pants. Bike to work, I really don't work up a sweat and . precise bike clothes whicks that away.
At work change to street clothes and steal a quick towel stale in the rest room, in that is a gym next door I could shower. But 2 miles to the train I'm really not at adjectives bad.
Don't exert yourself. Take a shower when you return with to work. Put clean clothes on and use deodorant.

Ride in your underwear, and near a hanger full of clothes hanging out of your teeth. Or use a moment ago one suit, sleep at work, and only stir home on the weekends. Most of us get around it be have a shower and getting changed. Leave your suits at work and get them dry cleaned when they are dirty.
You will probably find riding almost as fast if not quicker. Then nearby are the health benefits. It is agreeable. And yes you will save a few bucks.

Find out if you can bring a change of clothes to work so you can metamorphosis or pedal slower.London is not that hot .Buy a mini minor .

Ride a nice easy step, take a shower when you grasp to work. If possible, leave some clothes at work and money when you get near.
Sweat is a body response to cool down. So to avoid sweating you need to hold on to your body in an force zone that will not rise the body temperature, which is raise by effort. (Higher heart beat, etc.).
So, ride at a leisure gait. A lot has to do near the terrain and time you are going to ride. Some people only just ride a mile on level ground, they are not going to sweat. If you enjoy to go 10 miles up hillock in hugely little time, you are going to sweat.
So, ride at a pace you specifically convenient for you. As time goes by your fitness will promote and so you will be able to step faster without raise the body temperature, it is a issue of training and will come with time.
If possible, ride! It have a lot of benefits. Give it a try like a Saturday or Sunday and see how long it take you to get to work and how much hard work is involve, without sweating, knowing things will rearrange as you ride on.

Shimano Folding Bike gear problems?
Question:I have a Shimano City and Mountain Folding Bike near 5 gears. The low gears do not function they seem to be mis-aligned, one and only the 4th or 5th gears work OK. Any suggestions gratefuly received, apart from going back to the trader. Thanks.

Sounds resembling you need a derailliuer adjustment. Go to Shimano's webiste, for info. Or run it to a mechanic to get reviewed.
If the shifter is moving and the derailleur is not react then your cable is probably route too loose.
Will I sit comfortably on a 20" bike as a 5'10" rider?
Question:Hello everyone,
I'd like to know whether or not I will sit comfortably on a 20" bike as a 5'10" rider. How will I know if I fit a bike properly, and what will be the pointer for comfortability? Is there something that you get the impression, something you should reach or know how to touch when on a bike to know that it fits and you'll not have any problems?
Btw, I am closer to 5'11" than 5'10".

My guess a touch big , but to be sure worth a try. If you adjust the seat up to the right increase (see links) and feel comfortable. budge for it. The thing to examine wood be how far you need to stretch for the knob bars.
(You previously stated nil too extreme)

depends what kinda riidng your doing. i see 20" bikes & im 5'10". if your looking for mountain bike like the party before me said 26". but for bmx yes 20.. but xl.
Please disregard the two previous posters, as they deem 20" is the wheel size.
You should run to a local bike store where in that are sales ethnic group who would know how to fit you to a bike.
I think that a 20" bike is too big for you. You probably won't own an issue with form height, but mounting your bike might be a tad death-defying.
I ride two bikes: one is 20" and the other is 22". I am 6'3.5".
FYI: The majority of mountain bikes have 26" wheel, and the majority of road bikes have 700mm wheel.
A 20" frame should be fine for you. You should be able to stand across the top tube and enjoy a little clearance where on earth it counts. Position the saddle so that your legs are almost straight at the bottom of the pedal stroke. You should be only competent to touch the ground with the tip of your toe.
