What bike bag is the best to use for holding large batteries?
Question:Will a eva foam bag melt if i put batteries in there. My bike has an electric kit and i need to fit my nihm batteries in a durable bag. Im looking for quick release buckles for easy attaching. Also my batteries get really hot after 30 minutes. Thanks
Answers:
You don't want to put your Nimh Battery in an eva foam bag. They will get hotter. Heat shortens the life of these batteries.
Any bag that will let the air circulate (and not melt),would be good. An aluminium box would be better it acts like a heat sink.( if the batteries are in good thermal contact)
If your batteries are getting really hot you might want to consider backing off on the throttle.

How long have it be since you rode a BIKE!?

I haven't rode a bike since the middle of September 2006. I had gotten a tentative department store bike because the axle on the rear reins broke!
I have a hypothesis to be precise 2/2 so far: new bicycle tires are slippery and should be 'worn in' up to that time going fast downhill.
The finishing two times I've gotten a new bike, in a month I'll be going really fast downhill...everything is adjectives normal...consequently whooosh I'm sliding and so is my bike! The last time this happen in mid-September 2006, I land on my hands and I tore some ligaments on my right wrist.
I be going about 27MPH downhill, as usual, but later all of a sudden the bike started sliding and I hit the ground and I slid pretty far too! I be wearing sunglasses and they flew off I don`t know 5 feet infront of me. I get up, and people started clapping haha it be pretty cool. I was glad to be capable of stand up!
So I picked the bike up, it wasn't in desperate shape at all, a moment ago a scratch on the shifter. Ah yes, I in step teh rear brake. I didn't surface pain contained by my wrist, but as the day go on, it bugged me a little. I go to lift weights that morning and lifted weights as usual.
The subsequent day, it be bothering me more. I wasn't going to go for a ride...but I love riding a bike, so I go. I just used my departed hand more than my right to steer and I would try not to shift gears as much near my right hand. Later that morning, the pain be so bad, I could not use a computer mouse!
Anyways, I miss riding so much. When the suns out, I only just want to go for a ride! I returned the bike...it be really just a impermanent. I never fixed the old one, I'm done beside department store bikes...they really do come apart easily.
I used to mock inhabitants who spent $300 on a bike...I'm seriously considering a $1595 bike. I wanted to build one, but I'm too busy next to college and I want to ride during the spring so I'll buy one intact this time around. During spring break I'm going to go to the local bike shop and tryout different bikes with different components, to see what I resembling (Shimano vs. SRAM, 80mm vs 100mm fork, regular disc brakes vs hydraulic disk brakes, etc.) I'm not buying the bike locally though, it's too expensive, the internet is cheaper!
Anyways, I LOVE riding a bike! It is one of my three favorite cardio exercises. I have fruitless knee's and treadmills bang my knee's up more next to the high impact of my substance coming down on them, so I ride a bike. Riding a bike is way more recreational, fun, and diverse than a ratmill :P
The wrist is final to normal near a full range of motion (for awhile I thought I wasn't going to take that back). It took about a month and a partially to heal, I didn't protect it 100%, but I did put a wrist brace on it that have 3 separate metal pieces for support.
Yesterday I missed riding, so I looked for videos of associates riding (haha). I've never done single-track riding but it looks fun! Check it out!

I hope I don't slide off on the foreign bike...I don't want to scratch up a $1595 bike! More importantly, I don't want to injure myself again.

! hour ago, got groceries first, consequently wnet out again, got beer, later smokes, just get back from walking my dog, why do you ask. ps: My bike is a 2001 Schwinn Mesa GS, it be the last 'REAL' Schwinn sold contained by my town and I love it, it has have a few new tires, but for 1600+ miles she ain't do'in unpromising, lessee some of those made for walmart pieces of crap do that, Schwinn sold out, sux, now possibly try Trek or Fuji? oh, my first bike (that I bought with my own money)was a Cresent, a french made bike near frame shifters.superlight, made it too easy to steal : (
Yesterday, for 23 miles, lots of climbing. Oh, and I live at 6000' above ocean level, so it go up from there.
I be going to go today, but my riding partner get sick and I had to find new tires for the motorcycle, etc. Definitely tomorrow, though!

My bike subsidise rudder is a bit wobbly why ? is this average?
Answers:
There are two possible reasons... any the wheel requirements to be trued or the bearings are loose. Either style you should have it looked at by a shop mechanic.
It probably wishes to be trued. Take it to your local bike shop, they will adjust the tension on the spokes and fix you up.
Do you hold quick release on the rear legs wheel? If so, conceivably the lever has come loose and that will motive the wheel to wobble somewhat. As the others hold answered as well, helm out of true and bearing could be the produce.
