Tour de france ?

Question:does any one happen to know how much the average tour de france bicycle weighes ? any facilitate would be appreiciated thank you.
Answers:

The UCI minimum weight on a bike is 15 pounds. They don't thinking if it is heavier, but it can't be lighter than this. The reason down this is it helps height out the playing field between the low and big budget team to some extent in expressions of equipement. One example that comes to mind is Cannondale's six13. The team have to add heavier seatposts and dampen bottle cages to the bike (smaller than a 56cm I think) to procure the weight up to run into UCI standards. Some of Armstrong's rides had to be tweaked to get hold of them up to the minimum weight also.
I own no clue.. sorry..:(

Back problems when I cycle regularly...?

Question:Just wondered if people who cycle a great deal, or use an exercise bike get more problems next to their back muscles than associates who don't?

I had a break of two years from cycling and during that time I never put my backbone out or anything, but I have be cycling regularly these past 6 months and my rear legs muscles are giving me trouble again.

Any advice on how to prevent support strains? Any help would be appreciated! :o)

I ride my bike every sunshine at least, im a freestyle mountain biker and i'm also sponsored for downhill race, a lot of times if you hold pain contained by your lower back, its merely stress on your muscles getting worked out and into shape again, it also might be that your pushing yourself to ride harder than you need to, taking non-prescription pooled pills may help, but icing your pay for or taking an ice tub or really cold shower really helps
move about t a kyropractor
Try different handle pole heights or sitting room. Sounds like you aren't matched very well to the bike and it's putting your back within an abnormal position. Maybe some honourable back muscle stretching exercises to loosen things up until that time riding.
probably sore due to you being out of cycling so long try stretches in the past going out .
I had similar problem when i have not been cycling for a while also i found my bum hurt getting used to the saddle again lol.
the more i kept up cycling it ease .try a radox bath after you hold been out for a ride too it help relax
Not meaning to nouns like I'm dogging ya, but if you've gain any extra belly fat, that'll strain your subsidise. I took time off too and gain about 15 lbs. my backbone was existing bad until I lost the cargo.
Get thee to your local bike shop and get fitted! They can get sure your bike is set up and adjusted properly so you can get rid of pains and pressure. It is worth the extra time and money. Ride safe!
