Ok so i bang my finger and its be hurting for a couple months. i did this riding my bicycly and?
Question:i did a trick and banged my paw on a metal part/tube and i can move it but it hurtin certain positions but it gotten alot better and i can if truth be told ride my bike but before i couldnt what should i do a moment ago let it alleviate and what could be wrong if it not supposed to hurt for this long

Trust me on this, get an X-ray at your local GP, it may (more approaching probably) be broken. in the expect time strap it to your other finger in a splint.
Go see a doctor.
If your finger is stiff, I'd try some degreaser followed by a teflon lube.
cartridge it to the other finger, itll be okay

Is in attendance an full-grown bike helmet out in that that doesn't look ridiculous?
Question:The ones I've tried on are so huge and heavy---I get a headache from them and I be aware of like I look ridiculous. After various close calls next to spacey drivers on cell phones or drugs, I have gotten to the point where on earth I won't ride my bike until I get a helmet. So any moniker brands and model #'s that you could suggest would be greatly appreciated.

Personally, I think relatives not wearing helmets on their bikes look like idiots.
If you own only tried helmets from places similar to Wal-Mart or Target, they are pretty heavy and humiliated, from my experience (had to buy a helmet in a rural nouns on a camping trip when I forgot mine--it be all that be available).
If you go to a bike shop or a place close to REI, you can buy a decent helmet for beneath $50 and a really nice helmet for under $100. Giro and Bell are the two biggest companies (actually, it is equal company now). Specialized makes some nice helmets as very well, and a few other companies, too.
I recommend buying one at a place you can try it on. Different brands fit differently. Some fit round heads better, others fit oval head better. Some come in different sizes, some are total with a ratchet on the vertebrae to tighten or loosen. If you have be getting headaches, you might be wearing a helmet that be too tight or was pinching somewhere, or it be both and too heavy as all right. Occasionally my helmet will pinch a little during a ride, I have an idea that my head swells a bit or something. I unclick the ratchet surrounded by the back one dent and it is just fine.
Try on a bunch of helmets. You should only just be able to get the impression it. I have three helmets right very soon. One cost about $30, a Giro Transfer for everyday commuting. One cost $100, a Specialized Aurora--It sometimes pinches a bit if I don't adjust it in recent times so, but it is pink, so I wear it. And one cost about $135, a Bell Sweep, I get it on sale and enjoy never actually worn it--a spare for when I want to replace one of the others. All are comfortable, but surprisingly, the $30 is most comfortable.

This is a really funny question. To the best of my practice, they all look somewhat chance, but if you've got an dated one you might be surprised how much lighter and smaller they've gotten in the closing 10 to 15 years.
Lastly I would point out that they don't look nearly as ridiculous as people who've rendered themselves comatose, or para- or quadriplegic for the mere certainty that they didn't wear a helmet because, you know, they look ridiculous. I would hope that would be enough to get hold of you over the idea of looking ridiculous, but conceivably not.

Go to a bike shop (a real bike shop, not Wal Mart or something close to that) and check out what they have... The newer bike helmets are pretty sleek and depending on how much you are feeling like to spend can be really sharp looking.
biking isnt about making a style statement. get one near an adjustable system like RocLock. I own a Giro Havoc that has 27 vent and just so happen to look cool enough for my revolting azz. last entity im thinking about while bombing over roots and rocks at 30+mph is how im looking.
All bike helmets look ridiculous, I guess you have to acquire a fancy for them, But as someone stated go to a pious bike shop and buy a helmet there.
They own a better line helmets than a department store and you'll find that alot of the helmets today are fully adjustable size clever.
If the sales culture are any good they will sort sure the helmet fits you correctly and show you the proper way of wearing one in the past you leave the store, sounds stupid I know but it's massively important.
Try bikenashbar.com. They hold alot of many different helmets to choose from. I go down many years ago because of some ***-* contained by a dump truck. Only part of my body that did'nt hurt be my head. I don't ride in need a helmet, period. And I don't keeping what anyone thinks of how it looks.
Try a Giro Eclipse. It's pallid and looks good. You can find one for for a time under $100 at some bike shops.
If you want to spend smaller amount then $40, a Giro Transfer is a honourable helmet too.
Giro or Bell make the best helmets for the money. You can buy a cheapo at Walmart, but it's going to be chunky and not as durable. If there is a bike shop or REI in the neighbourhood you, go and ask question. They will help you fit the helmet too so you don't find a headache.

Suck it up girlie! Bike gear merely looks ridiculous to non-cyclists. So you're either a cyclist, or you're simply another schmuck with a bicycle.
I live contained by Manhattan, and I commute, on the street in a Vigor Full obverse, dowhiller's helmet. I look extra ridiculous, but I not only want to gather my brain, I want to keep my teeth as okay. The Bell Faction is a great, non-ridiculous looking helmet, and they cost about $45 USD. They don't own the road-racing look, so you may feel more comfortable wearing it. Just wear it. I can honestly read out that wearing a bike helmet has save my life.
I love my Giro Xen helmet. It's pricey but categorically worth the investment, if you ask my opinion.
