London to Brighton bike ride June 17th. Training tips please.?

I'm doing the London to Brighton bike ride this june with my Daughter [she's 22] wondered if you hold any good training tips we could use...Thanks for the give support to. KB.

Start training now. Maybe start beside 10 mile trips for the first week or two, then bump it up to 20-30, and rather maybe a partly century or more. Don't forget to bring water, a flat tackle, lots of food bars near calories!
London to Brighton - 50 miles. Start now at 15 miles, twice per week. Do the occasional 30 miles (Rutland is 27.5 beside peninsular) at the weekend and you will be fine. Note: Take a cammel back and shove Go into it. Hydration and Electrolights are a big issue.

It should break fairly swift...that way you cay be in motion and buy a real bike...FIT, S&M, ect...
Lock bike contained by truck bed?
Question:what is a secure approach to lock a bike in a truck bed next to no cover? i heard it take a thief 18 second to cut through a good cable lock.

here are bike racks that fit in a pickup bed and allow you to lock the bike to the rack.

U-Locks are better than regular cable locks and manacle locks theifs can cut right through them unfortunately zilch is completely safe. But Id turn with a U-Lock.
