Yes this is a common request for information. A lot of people don't exercise regularly and live on promptly food.
It is difficult to give you really apt tips if you are too shy to tell us only how "chubby" you are. A little research shows you are 22 next week and start thinking around what you are going to eat that darkness about an hour up to that time you knock off work.
Don't perceive bad your simply one of millions. You can give yourself applaud though, because you have freshly taken the first step ion doing something about it.
Not knowing how "chubby" you are, I will supply you the fall caution. Overweight people of ALL ages can suffer serious heart trouble from suddenly taking up rigorous flurry. If you have ANY nearest and dearest history of heart trouble, or if you are super "chubby" get a form assessment, Have a chat with you doctor, or contained by the very smallest take it a bit confident (keep the heart rate low).
I love cycling. I love other people taking up cycling. I love audible range how much regular cyling can change somebodies time. I don't like audible range about relatives suffering heart trouble.

If you arrange a custom built frame they can be fitted out with Tandem (touring style) components and forks. Most tandem wheel and forks etc are designed for over 200kg.
you could try a recumbent bike. it is a more relaxed position and the seat is commonly a lawn-chair style form with a backbone.
the best thing is to way of walking into a good bike shop (not a dept. store or Sport Authority) and test-ride a few. I know two empire who can be considered a little chubby, however they can ride 35 miles with no problem and can ride faster than skinny ol me. i suppose they luv food, but they found they love cycling, too. don't let your current shape maintain you down.
Unless you are seriously overweight a "regular" bike will be fine. Don't assume that you need a big comfort form, either. I'm particularly not a skinny minnie but I prefer a racing style men's form over a wider women's saddle. Go to a regular bike shop, not walmart kmart etc.
Im have a problem near my bmxing i still cant do a 180 so any idea"s waybe i call for to grow more musles?
Answers:
you have to really verbs you hips around alot. i have trouble doing this on my mtb, but thats alot heavier than a bmx bike. try doing a 180 endo first. lock up your front brake (if you enjoy em) and swing the back completion around so you end up facing the differing direction you were traveling. keep hold of doing this until you get it down. after try adding some "jump" to it and do a 180 bunnyhop. after you draw from this, you'll be ready to hit a 180 of a hurdle (make sure you can pedal backwards really well!)
Try tying one cessation of the bike to a vehicle at a 90 degree angle, after have the driver speed past its sell-by date...I guarantee you'll not only do a 180, but it'll probably be more approaching an 800!
