Girls, aged up till 30, do you ride a pushbike? is it a man bike?
Question:I've noticed within Switzerland that most girls that ride pushbikes, ride mens bikes. I think it is a complex thingy, why do they choose this type, Me, i ride a girls bike to protect myself from the crossbar.

I ride a girls bike. I rode my friend's teenage brother's bike once when I be 12. We were out surrounded by the woods and as I cycled over the brow of a hillock the bike jerked and I slid onto the crossbar and travelled approaching that all the instrument down the hill. I couldn't breathe it hurt so frikkin much. Not too penetrating on them since then!
There really is no help to riding a girls bike. It used to be that women rode in dresses and skirts. In these years, you needed a women's style bike to not catch the dress caught up on the pub. These days people ride women's bikes because it is what they are comfortable beside. In reality, it is really men who call for protection from the bar, right??
My partner rides a men's bike, (she is 30). But to be honest, the design of most of the Mountain bikes today means the top tube is nowhere in the neighbourhood as dangerous as it used to be, most slope down towards the form tube. I would almost go as far as to vote most mountain bikes are unisex.

mens bike just look better. if a girl know how to ride a bike properly, then you wont own to worry something like hitting the top tube (no offense to anyone). you just call for to know how to mount and dismount the right way. mens bike are more adjectives in stores anyway. they usually own better parts. you dont see a lot of illustrious performance ladies bikes, beside the exception of ladies road bikes.
the low tubes on ladies bike are made more for people who ride indifferently, or for people who own disorders (hip, knee problems etc.). if you really resembling to ride, then a mens bike is the road to go.
hey, if you smack your crotch on the top tube, it's going to hurt approaching hell no matter what caring of equipment you pack between your thighs.
The "men's" bike was the resourceful design, and is much more structurally sound than te "womens" frames. The womens bike be created by chauvinist pigs who didn't think women should wear anything but dresses, and thought it "un-lady-like" to swing her leg over a top tube.
Get over the disquiet of the top tube. If it bothers you that much, try riding a recumbent.
As Mad Monkey says, the man frame is more sound(stronger shape). After all, it doesn't own an open side, which would gross it more flexible. Also in agreement beside other comments. It's the man's nether parts that are more easily shabby.
I buy my bikes used and I like roadbikes. I don't reason I ever seen a appropriate roadbike without a crossbar, so that's why I ride one next to. I don't think woman's race bikes without crossbar exist. Though I really couldn't consideration less. Why would anyone watchfulness?
Nowadays bikes are basically unisex anyway.
Protect you from what exactly? Guys are gonna be hurt greatly more if they fall on the bar than a woman....this question doesn't craft sense,

You could try to change you fasten ring with another have more teeth. This will give you a high gear ratio.
Try pedallaing at a considerable low gear then switch it to a higher while you are still pedalling thoroughly fast.Do not lower your RPM (Rotation per minute) of your pedals.
Put a larger chainring up front or a smaller gear contained by back. The freewheel gear is easier and cheaper to swap.
