I'm sorry this is so convoluted, but the process of truing a bicycle joystick is no less complicated.
Put your brake pad on backwards (with the bolts that hold your pads on the brake blocks facing the rims) and permit the air out of the tires. It's not a unpromising idea, but not essential, to remove the tires and inner tubes to prevent punctures.
Rotate the tire while applying the brake, but not enough to spawn contact with the rim so you can see where on earth it's not true. You'll know which spokes to tighten, but remember to loosen the two or three next to them, and also to not turn the spoke nuts more than partly a turn at a time. You'll have to do this a few times until the rim is true.
Now you necessitate to check the tire for roundness. Attach a strip of metal or wood (I use a six inch ruler) to the brake blocks so it's close to, but not touching, the wheel. depends how you are and what you want. if you want a spout bike then you probaly aren't going to find one. but if you want a rd or mtn bike do what u close to. treks and ralighs are both really fast. if you want a dirt bike i dont know that much roughly speaking them.
