Marzocchi, manitiou, fox, foes, wb. which company do you prefer.?
Question:Mountain bikers, this is for you. What fork do you use? which company do you prefer?
Answers:
Except for very not easy core MTBer's with specific applications, you would be hard-pressed to see much difference between forks surrounded by a similar price range. I've be riding a SID SL for about 5 years, and past that I rode a Girvin Elite. There was a big difference between those due to the vividly different designs, but if you stay with forks of similar construction (e.g. dual nouns, air/oil, similar travel) you won't see much difference.
Make sure you pick a fork that suits your application. If you plan on riding alot of dropoffs and trying stupid pet tricks, get a freeride fork. If you are trying downhilling, draw from a downhill fork, and for just crashing around within the words - general XC riding, achieve an XC fork.
I would stick with the dual nouns types, they are cleaner, easier to rebuild, and easier to tune for your specific use (weight and riding style). Also, a barmounted lockout is a wonderful convenience if you mull over you may be spending alot of time on smoother roads, especially smoother roads that point up. Climbing out of the saddle with a shock fork wastelands alot of energy.

Though I'd like to ride a fox, and all right fox is the best or one of the. But the high price on the fork is piece of the name.

Marzocchi 888 RC's adjectives the way man. Used a set of Rock Shox Boxxers and they are also awesome. The Boxxers are lighter than the 888's I enjoy but still prefer the Marzocchis by far.
Its a toss up between Marzocchi and Manitou. Out of the two though I would have to vote Marzocchi.
I've had Manitou, Fox, Rock Shox and Marzocchi forks on my bikes.
Of them, Marzocchi is the more rigid beside is pretty good at tracking, and have the better suspension feel, extremely plush on rocks and not much bob. Overall, the best fork I've used.
Rock Shox has increased it's trait and features since it was bought by SRAM. I hold a Revelation and have nought but good things to voice about it. It have motion control, which helps next to pedal bob and is very adjustable.
Fox, in good health, it's a pretty well thougth out fork. Plush and the dials are the best I've see to date. While I had a 06 model, the 07 Talas contribute 3 different travel distances (100-120-140) and it seems to be exceptionally easy to select the right one. On the other foot, on the 'zocchi fork, you seem to turn and turn to dial the right travel.
Manitou, I have a Black Elite and it worked fine, I had some grease leaks at the beggining, but I changed bike shop and the ending one left it working pretty flawless. But I don't think it's at the smooth of the other 3.
But, it mainly comes out on your budget, your bike and what you want the fork for.
Some general public prefer coil over air, and some nouns over coil. Air forks are generarily lighter than coil, and can be adjusted better for rider cargo. If you're a heavier rider, you just put some more nouns pressure, and if you're a lighter rider, you let out some nouns. On coil forks, you have to revision the coil to get the proper wilt for your weight. On the other paw, coil is plusher than air, generarily. So for some harder terrain and drops, coil is probably better than nouns, although some new nouns forks are improving abundantly.
I have have RockShox, Manitiou and Marzocchi. Really depends how hard core you want to be in motion and how mush $$ you want to spend. I agree RockShox has better since they were bought by SRAM, even though they revolutionized the bike shock within the early days. All around efficacy, I have ridden beside the RockShox Dart 1, both 80mm and 100mm travel w/ preload. I think they are a great shock for the price. The Manitou (Answer) is more rigid and stronger, but feel slightly heavier when throwing around. Marzocchi's are awesome, but pricey, and their lower ends aren’t as a good merit as RockShox, but if you are going to ride hard near big drops, I would consider the Marzocchi. The morale of the story, first determine your riding needs…However, all the shocks you mentioned are accurate. Best of luck.
If you can afford a Fox , then travel for it . I'm still using Rock Shox though because of my budget (sigh) . What some of the guys said here is correct , the company has be improving ever since SRAM bought them . Even their lower expiration products have better over the years because of technology trickling down from their more pricier products.
Manitou seems adept though not as fancy as the rest----they don't enjoy problems regarding dimensions ( most bikes next to real plump tires smack at the fork's bridge---Manitou NEVER has that problem! ) And they look INCREDIBLE! ( White colored forks are not really fitting with the dirt ----Manitou BLACK cloaked that problem!

Why wouldn't it be appropriate to own Landis' sample tested by an independent lab to verify results?

Tour de France.French lab.seem appropriate to me. Besides, the testing of this most modern sample be done with the supervision of representatives of the UCI and Landis' legal representative so I'm not sure how anyone can refute the result. Even Landis' permitted team isn't refute the result and are instead angling to explain why such a result could be naturally occurring (although I guess they are skipping the fragment where the testosterone found be synthetic).
Landis isn't that good of a cyclist to put together the comeback he did (a feat even Armstrong couldn't do, even though he's a doper too.ever mind that Lance's lawyers fought the reality the B sample be tested at all and not the reality that it found banned drugs incompetent to be tested for at the time? Why might that be?), so people be whispering their suspicions even at the extremity of Day 17.

The answer is no. Drug cheats will find adjectives sorts of excuses to lay the blame or allege bias. When they aren't caught, they would never mention or claim such things. Neither would they demand for independent trialling before they are caught, it is singular after, that all this allegations will fly.
I not long bought a brand investigational "Roadmaster" brand bicycle. Is this a polite brand?

Hi there. Roadmaster falls into the category of "mass open market bicycle." You probably bought this bike a t large retail secure store or sporting goods store - Sears, Walmart, etc. Bike purchased nearby are not necessarily "bad," but they do tend to be on the lower stop of the quality spectrum.
The problem that you may run into is surrounded by the assembly and adjustment of the bike. A bike purchased from a bike store might cost a bit more, but it will be of higher feature, assembled by professionals, and generally includes free adjustment for a period. In reality, many of the bikes purchased on the mass souk find there approach to bike stores after one day because they involve adjusting or rebuilding. Most of the time, the cost difference between the two is cancelled out by this work.

Roadmasters are fine for occasional on-road usage. They are not for trails or jump or everyday use. You should see a sticker stating this on the frame, or it is in the owners almanac.
I had one resembling that.I bought it at Walmart for 50 dollars, and I used it for everyday commuting for 3 months, after that I left the nouns and the bike too.It was okay but the brakes go completely useless within 2 weeks and I have to have them changed and my butt hurt awfully for the first few days from the form, but then I get used to it.Watch out for the safety of brakes motive that's the most important I reflect on, they are very poor characteristic.Otherwise the frame was steady and it go well offroad as resourcefully.For 50 bucks I had an okay experience for 3 months I own used worse bikes too but there are noticeably better ones too.
