Does anybody know where on earth i can find a bmx bike park surrounded by southern Illinois?
Question:i live in belleville , illinois and nearby are no bmx bike parks besides citezens park. plus they just closed an indoor bike park call i.c.h. bike park. im in nouns code 62223 and the fartest i can go is 15 miles to a bike park. can anyone support me?

I live in Troy, IL...I'm pretty sure in that isn't a bmx bike park within 15 miles of Belleville.

Yes Doryhunter bicycle is very adjectives. Apart from being an amusing form of transport (and probably the most efficient). They don't pollute and give you plenty of exercise. ( They are also becoming relatively trendy but I don't like to push that point).

Bit of an outsider but I have a sneaking suspicion that Cadel Evans will be in the running... we'll hold to see. There still another couple of days of 'warm-ups' before the see really starts... in the mountains...
I deem days 16 Bourg d’Oisans to La Toussuire and 17 Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne to Morzine-Avoriaz are going to be crucial, and we'll have to see who can do all right there. There are solely two road days after that, a time trial, then the ride into Paris... a resourcefully organized team should be capable of protect its leader if they can receive him over the mountains in perfect position, strong and healthy.

hincapie is my pick. boonen and mcewen are sprinters, can't manipulate the mountains. the real men come out during those stages.
i imagine this is the 5th time i have answered this same grill.

Advice on chaff and sweaty backside..?
Question:Been doing a lot of riding contained by the heat surrounded by preparation for a ride across Aus.
Any advice on avoiding and dealing chaff and a sweaty backside.??
Have tried using 3B cream which does seem to comfort a little near chaffing. Are near any other creams or ointments that will facilitate.??

Good bicycling shorts are what you need.
If you enjoy not tried Assos Chamois Cream, get some. Use that (put it on your shorts wad, and some on your legs, right at the bottom of your butt where your legs come together your butt, on the inside back of the legs.
For the sweating, I'm not sure. You could try some babe powder (/ goldbond),.. that stuff will help, but lone so much.
Don't know the name of it but the chemists do hype one to stop chaffing & you will obligation special shorts like the bike riders wear
forget the chamois cream, its too expensive. Try grab a tin of bag balm, you can't budge wrong. apply generously..
