they any ride them, give them to someone, or deal in them.
Usually they are just used by the citizens who steal them, or sold on the lb1 billion a year black market. In language of how you can protect yourself from bike theft, wrap black duct cartridge around the chasis (to make it smaller quantity attractive to criminals) and lock it with a D-Lock.
probably strip it 4 parts
They appendage up in bicycle glory...Lock it up!
I have not stolen a bicycle. Or anything else. Ever.

But, to answer your grill: they probably just go and get trashed or sold on to poor, cheap rotters who only aid that they're saving money.

Some suggestion for the future – spend smaller number on the bike and more on the lock.

Buy a better lock!

they sell them, refix them and sel lthem or ride em
A guy found his bike that be stolen on e-bay. Happens frequently.

He got it subsidise after contacting authorities.

Always record serial numbers of expensive items, including bikes, to give support to make your claim.

You could also put your contact info on a piece of serious newspaper...with a document saying that the bike is stolen, and stick it contained by your handlebar opening (take the trilby off). In case anybody take it to a shop...mechanics check for that I believe.
I did a long long long time ago. I took two different bikes that weren't locked up. I used them for spare parts, and trashed the rest. No my parents never knew. I've also have a couple ripped off as resourcefully. So Karma caught up next to me. I suggest you get a long gelatinous cable and use a hardened steel lock on it. Run the cable through the frame and both wheels and the bike rack to protected it. If they really want it they'll really have to work for it. Good luck.
ever bought a second mitt bike or bike parts? coz some of them will have be stolen
They usually cycle down the road and try and sell them to randoms. Can i reccommend Kryptonite cycle locks

I want to exchange my intensely not long bought road bike for a mountain bike. Do any websites/places donate this?

Question:Just three weeks ago I bought a beautiful Bianchi road bike but own since decided to focus on mountain biking. Assuming bikes, close to cars, lose significant value when bought, I am seeking some website or place (preferably within the greater NYC area) that may arrange such transactions. If anyone has an perception, please advise. Thank you.
Answers:

Craig's index
yes everywhere.
first id try to donate it back to where on earth you bought it from, then ego try craigs list or ebay. you are doing the right entity though!
wood you trade personally? i enjoy a custom MTB at a value of in the order of $2000. if ur interested email me. freerida(a)sbcglobal.net
You can try to trade your bike on one of the auction sites, but shipping may become an issue. It will cost a lot to ship and is honourably risky, make sure you insure it for replacement attraction if you go that route. For equal reasons, I don't presume that I would buy a bicycle over the internet. In fact, the manufacturer won't even do it. Plus, is it that smart to buy a machine that you haven't in actuality laid your eyes or hands on to evaluate? Buy your bike at a bike shop. If your Bianchi is still flawless, a dealer might be feeling like to make a trade or market it on consignment.

I didn't realize ESPN2 had any coverage. I watch tape-delayed coverage on Versus. Sadly, there be not one mention of it my local newspaper. I guess they one and only report cycling stories when there's doping allegations involved.
I watched it on Vs. channel- awesome to own a dedicated fix!

still I'm wondering when marketing/advertising will truly be seen via common for a cycling event (besides TdF) If I wasn't a fan of cycling, I wouldn't hold known that this be going on.
No, I watched the see in human being.
I live close to Santa Rosa, where two stages be held. Living close to Santa Rosa, I was hoping adjectives along that Levi would win.
Go Levi!
watched some of it live via the website (streamed it), saw some on Versus, and saw some on Balcom Cyn live within Ventura County...
it was great!
Great see! I caught most of it on Versus. ESPN had coverage?? Whoaaaa!
Yeah! I watch it live in party like Double Century. It's great when you're so close to a stage. The Santa Rosa stages looked approaching a mini Tour de France with chalked roads and everything. Congrats Levi! Thank god he didn't crash.
