Fantasy Sports Questions and Answers
Is triumphant at Fantasy football more skill or luck?
Answers:
Luck has closely to do with it, but everyone have the same accidental of their guys breaking out a career hobby every week.
The difference between winners and losers surrounded by Fantasy, in the long run, is a apt scouting nose, human being able to update who's in the best systems, against the best opponent, etc. in a given week or over the course of a season.
Example: Chad Johnson be pegged by abundant as a top 3 wideout at the start of the year. The savvy fantasy officer would know, though, that Johnson was going to draw like mad of double covers this year, leaving WR2 Houshmandzadeh unstop or in man. Housh, who's something close to 6'4" or 5" and able to find above most corners, and with hand like maple syrup, become one of Palmer's favorite targets within the red zone. And by the end of the season, thats exactly what done up happening, and Housh's production be nearly that of the much more hyped Johnson, even though he was probably available 2-3 rounds subsequently.
A little of both, skill is knowing which players to keep on your roster. Luck is own the players your starting have great days when you're starting them. So, probably for a moment more Luck!
skill andl uck skill:you need to pick a fitting team Luck: one week u qb might throw no tds and 3 ints and the subsequent it is the other way round
The skill subdivision is knowing who to draft and when to draft them.
The rest is complete luck. You have no control over their on pasture performances nor injuries.

Pull the trigger man.
Pujols > Konerko
Dice K < Oswalt, but solitary slighty
Rivera> Gordon
This move will allow you to use Pujols as your 1b, and puts Gonzalez as your other full time util guy along with Bay.
Also a bit of warning, you may want to look into picking up Matt Capps from Pittsburgh. Insurance against Torres, who if he blows another save could lose his post.
You might also want to consider moving someone for a real 3b man.
Do this within a heartbeat you won't regret it!
Also Gordon isn't guarnteed the job deposit that Rivera has. If Gordon falter look for Ryan Madson to take his slot...
I pilfer it.
Pujols instead of a platoon frees up a roster spot.
All other players are basically a lattice wash.
Pujols and Rivera are rotten to slow starts but that will change and the Saves Runs Scored, HR's and RBI's will follow and Dice K have the upside and even if he stinks ERA wise he will bring back wins near that lineup.
Oswalt is great but how many can he win for Houston. I love Konerko (I'm a White Sox Fan) but come on...On my Fantasy Team I want Pujols. Rivera for Gordon...It's solely for one category Saves in Most Leagues. Over the long drag it's Rivera. Both are old.
This is a no brainer and utter no brainer. Take it before the fool rescinds it.
Mariano Rivera is not doing resourcefully right now. His ERA (as of today) is over 12 and he single pitched 1/3 of an inning against the Red Sox today and he left near the bases loaded. He hasnt be getting any save opportunity lately, so I wouldnt take him if i be you. Besides, you really dont need another closer.
You should appropriate Mariano Rivera and Tom Gordon off the trade. See if the other being will still take the operate. Your would still be in pretty devout shape (Konerko is still pretty good) if the other person doesnt adopt the deal.
don't do it. you are giving up to much of late for pujols. dice k still hasn't proved anything yet and rivera is straight sucking right presently. and tom gordon is a few pitches away from being replaced by meyers. you should be fine near the team you hold right now. Gonzalez is on gait to break through this year. the only wishy-washy part of your squad right now is your nouns pitchers and rivera wouldn't help you out right in a minute.
easily a done concord, get to it.
I will assume that the human being you are trading with have been sniffing gum for the past week or so, because nobody and I have it in mind nobody in their right mind would fashion that trade.
Do it now. Pujols is an filthy machine who will be fine this year. Mo Rivera will expected revert back toward his trade form. Dice-K will be good, and he should achieve more wins than Oswalt since the Red Sox offense is severely good. Gordon and Konerko hold been single average so far this season. Now is the time to pick up arguably the best player in baseball contained by Albert Pujols!
Pick up Collison for David Lee or Jeff Foster?
Question:Would have to drop any Lee or Foster who I feel are my worst players, to product it work. I just infer that Lee is getting jacked on mins lately, and foster gets 9 boards and thats in the order of it per night. Maybe some wearing clothes steals everyonce in awhile. Do you muse Collison will continue to wreck house similar to is right now?
Answers:
Yeah, I'll stir with Collison right in a minute. Foster gets boards, but his shotting % is horrible. And with that big trade, Murphy & Diogu can both play power foward and the center position, so that's gonna cut within on his minutes too. Lee was playing dutiful ball, but in a minute he's back to average. And nearby design for there offense isn't really counting him surrounded by anyway, he has to work for his points sour of easy rebound. And those don't come every night. Take Collison
Keep both Lee and Foster
Pick up Collison for Foster. Lee and Collison hold got an lewd game to move about with their rebound and low post defense. Foster doesn't
I would pick up Collison and drop Foster. Lee will still get his minutes and Collison have been a monster lately.
