In your view, what division contained by the NFL have the most/best rivalries?
Question:I've been into football since 1967 or 1968. While I own enjoyed the rivalries the Eagles own with the Giants, Redskins, and that troop from Texas, there have been another division that, to me, is the most intense and grittiest. It have survived the recent realignment and I will watch every winter sport between any of the teams inside the division.
I won't divulge it until it's time to vote. I know we all won't agree on which division it is and to be exact why I am interested in your input. The BA won't necessarily be in motion to whom agrees with my choice.
Answers:
AFC West. I know the Raiders haven't be good times past few years, but it wasn't that long ago that they were contained by the Super Bowl. And the other three teams enjoy each won at lowest nine games the last couple years. That's not unproblematic to do. Other divisions may have a star troop or two, but none consistently produce the same plane of in-house competition.
The NFC east (Redskins, Giants, Eagles, and Dallas) is probably the biggest rivalry division, as you said. The redskins-Dallas rivalry is probably the biggest in football; the explanation why Dallas is in the east division is because when they initially come up with the regrouping of the divisions, they required Dallas to stay a rival of the redskins.
The division with Denver, San Diego, Kansas City, and Oakland also have some pretty big rivalry's, but the teams aren't as accurate as the NFC east (cough Oakland cough).
Yeah I think the NFC East have a rivalry every way you look.when you mull over about any of the four team playing each other, you know it's going to be a appropriate game. One of my favorite games be when Dallas led Washington 13-0 next to a few minutes left within the game and consequently two deep pass to Santana Moss turned it into a 14-13 Redskins victory. Games approaching that fuel those rivalries. And sadly, since I know you're an Eagles adherent...the Giants win over Philly this last season contained by OT.have to allow, that was a great football team game.

Although the Bears/Packers rivalry is my favorite one to watch...but I can't read aloud the Lions or Vikings have rivalries near those two teams...so the East is still the best for rivalries.
As a skins aficionado, I must agree that the NFC east has the most/best rivalries surrounded by the NFL. On the come up is the AFC West with the Raiders, Chargers, Broncos and that other squad. But if you've have notice the AFC West rivalries has simply come about since the Raiders be off??? Think in the order of that. The NFC East battles are on going and will concluding until the next re-alignment.

One of the most storied rivalries in adjectives of sports, Bears vs. Packers (I dont wanna hear it Yanks and Sox), is in that division. No other division is brought together resembling the NFC North because of the hatred of the Packers. To adjectives the Lions, Vikings and Bears fans: dont loathe just because we own more championships than adjectives you guys combined (I'm talking pre-superbowl era)
NFC Central. The Packers and Bears and the oldest and most well-known rivalry. The Packers and Vikings rivalry is probably more intense right now and more abhor filled. But the division have a lot of history to jump with the rivalries.
AFC North
One of the biggest Rivalries contained by all of Pro Sports Browns and Stealers along next to the current Browns and (the former browns) Ravens and the Inner state Rivalry of Browns Bangles
AFC East because patriots are rivalrys next to almost every team jet too (in the division)
NFC East. when they created the NFC south and NFC north and got rid of the NFC inner, they kept Dallas, NYG, Philly, Washinton in like peas in a pod division because of the rivalries, even though Carolina/Atlanta/New Orleans is much more east than Dallas
To me the NFC East battles are other interesting and fun to watch. However you can't over look the AFC East or the NFC and AFC Central rivalries as ably.

the packers/bears rivalry is the oldest within the book. it still lives up today as one of the biggest rivalries in the activity. in the 90's the vikings hold tried to make a run on that rivalry, and so the packers become the vikings arch rival. the lions have but to beat favre contained by lambeau, so the packers have become the lions rival. if the nfc north does not work as the greatest, consequently i would definately say the afc west near the chargers, chiefs, broncos, raiders.
The NFC East. Everybody hate the Cowboys in that division. The 'Skins enjoy a storied history with them, not long the media really run with the rivalry against the Eagles because of some general receiver (what be his name again), and I'm sure the Giants don't similar to them either.
Honorable mentions: AFC North: Ask Steelers fan who their biggest rivalry is, the answers will differ. Ask a fan of the other three team in the division, they'll adjectives say the Steelers.
AFC East: Everybody hate New England; but that's also in and out of their division, so that might not count.

Baltimore vs NY Giants 1958. "Greatest activity ever played". Why?
Question:I've lived in Baltimore adjectives my life, and I've read various stories about this team game, and even watched the show from it. While it was a greatly good spectator sport, and certainly exciting to monitor, I don't believe it's anywhere near the "greatest hobby ever played" as it's been so name. Does anyone know why it's called that? Is it freshly over hyped a bit? Or is it more because it was the most exciting team game up to that point in time?

I believe that be the first overtime game ever contained by the NFL, and for that to occur surrounded by the Championship game. It be also the game that put the NFL on the map.

i dont think its possible to clarify the best team game ever. it can certainly be among the best games, but how can you really claim what the best activity is. i wouldnt know where to start within clarifying the best game ever, a spectator sport of equal strength, excitement, and competitive.

Question:How do you think up to date Atlanta Falcons head coach Bobby Petrino will do since the Falcons committed totally to Mickle Vick?

Question:I'm a Niners fan and I tired of have to say "Alex Smith is on a winning streak." Just like I'm tired of audible range it.
So fans, what does he hold to do to make us influence stuff like "Our QB Owns the NFC."
Take his squad to the playoffs? Have a season long rating of over 100? What?

Its not what he needs to do, its what he should not do!
They are building a troop around him, and I love it!
Alex Smith should not try and do anything too much. He will not have to. They hold a solid defense, Frank Gore will carry the nouns on the ground. They signed Ashley Lelie and drafted a WR this year.
They drafted Pat Willis, signed great free agents and a solidifying thier defense!
Free agent additions: CB, Nate Clements, S, Michael Lewis, and some more.
They drafted Joe Staley in past due round 1, an amazing offensive lineman, and ultimate year with thier 1st round pick, they get a great tight end.
Alex Smith will do great he want to limit his mistakes. If he tried to do too much it will one and only hurt him and his team.

He is doing very well. You can't excpect him to be a Ben Roethlisberger or a Vince Young. He's not that kind of player and plus it's a different squad. It takes time to do again a team and I focus the team overall is on a winning streak. Think of where the 49ers be during Smith's 1st season and where they are immediately. You can expect the team to stir back to it's glory days surrounded by just one season.
I deem he will take what he have learned from Norv Turner and own a great season and lead the 49ers to the playoffs.
He wishes to throw for 3000+ yds, limit turn overs, and know how to pick up yards and evaluation touchdowns whent he running game can't. The defense is really what wishes to improve the most though. There is a opening that the running game could do as okay as last year, and alex smith could hold a good year but they could still miss the playoffs next to bad defense. Look at the Rams end year. Their offense was great but they solely went 8-8 because of how discouraging their defense was. Defense win championships. I delicate Alex Smith will have a massively respectable year.
Well, to make the play-offs, he of late needs to not lose them games. The NFC West is the weakest division surrounded by the NFL and I think that next to their off-season acquisitions, they are the most superior team contained by the NFL. For Smith to "own the NFC" he'll need to run for similar to 5 TDs and throw 30 while keeping the ints under 10 and I'd read out 3750 yds should be enough to "own the NFC." He will be a moral QB because he has the rught group around him. Being a Chiefs follower, I have a similare situation. A great TE and a great RB, two positions which can give support to make a QB.

They have to be capable of protect Alex Smith and he needs to time limit mistakes. They have made some authentic good moves these olden few seasons, and should be valid competitive in that division. In my view, Alex Smith will never be a top 5 qb, but he should be solid for years to come.
What he should do is buckle down, by this I mean use your target Darrell Jackson from the Seahawks, and if you can't do that remember that you own Frank Gore. If he does this it's guaranteed they'll make a super bowl run.
