Should the Raiders draft JaMarcus Russel or Calvin Johnson?

Question:I personally cogitate they should go for Johnson, and trade Moss NOW! Russel is right, but Brady Quinn is not what they are making him out to be. Neither of the two quarterbacks are as talented as Vince Young, and Matt Leinart be coming last year. DRAFT JOHNSON, and look for a free agent QB, or one following in the draft.
Answers:

russel
If the Raiders keep hold of Randy Moss, they should take JaMarcus Russel. He would be immaculate, just chuck it up and tolerate Randy go return with it, that would be perfect. But if Randy go to Green Bay, still JaMarcus. They need a quarterback feebly, if you have an private wide addressee, that's nice, but if they can't get the globe to you it really doesn't matter. A surefire example would be of Randy Moss last year. One of the best ever have a year that would make a rookie look fruitless because of quarterbacks such as Aaron Brooks and Andrew Walters. Its a no brainer, Jamarcus Russel is going number one.
They need to trade for better rude linemen, truthfully. Russell would get hit adjectives game long, and Johnson would uncommonly get the globe because the quarterback wouldn't have long plenty to throw.
This years draft is so poor in talent! Tell you the truth I would trade the first round pick! No one contained by the 1st round is worth the money they will be getting! Johnson is going to be this years Mike Williams!

Take my advice Raiders!! Trade your pick!!!!!!
The answer is rather clear. Think about this, the Raiders already own Jerry Porter and Moss, two outstanding receivers (off the corral is a different story but...). Who do the Raiders have as QB? Andrew Walters? You expect Walters to head your team to a Super Bowl. I don't conjecture so. A third great receiver routine nothing if they do not own a decent QB. Russel is a awfully good QB and could become a Pro Bowler after his third or fourth season contained by the NFL. Now I also understand that Oakland have severe problems with the impolite line but Russel is highly athletic and can create his own throwing space. So if the Raiders draft Johnson, he will be useless without a QB to throw him the orb. And its not like they obligation WR. But they do NEED a QB.
They don't need Johnson, they will hold Moss because no one else is making offer, then they hold Porter who has at lowest been consistent next to the aweful QBs he has be forced to work with. Russel or some other QB (if they throw a curve ball) will be the pick.
i agree near you about what they should do, but it seem that tthey won't do that...they probably feel it's easier to draft a infantile quarterback and develop him than go out and try to find a veteran journeyman than to trade moss

one-sidedly, i don't think they'd be any worse bad just sticking walter backbone there again, sure he be pretty bad but like mad of that was the condemn of his line and receiver
I think they should a moment ago take Russel , trade Moss for a middle first round draft pick and try to return with Anthony Gonzalaz or get a Steve Smith . Thats what I presume the Raiders should do. So once Russel and the wide reciever bring back older they will be more experienced.
I guess that there is a couple of ways of looking at this. First, school, coaches that they have. For example, Brady Quin as you know is from Notre Dame and his coach is Charlie Weis. Weis know how to prepare players for each winter sport and in life span it self. The down side of it, Quinn's arm strength is not the best when throwing the ball down pen. Secondly, what position(s) does the Radiers need assistance in? Quarterback I focus is one area. Both Quin and Russel are both moral QBs. There are pros and cons with both QBs. Finally, Moss is a or can be a great WR if he desires to be. In Minnesota he was a highly good WR. With the Radiers, I don't expect that he has the veteran regulation that he had beside the Vikings. Has that hurt him, I would say yes. At indistinguishable time, you would have to look at the coaches and upper control for not being that firm.
I agree beside you 100%. It doesn't make sense to me that you wouldn't purloin the #1 player in the draft beside the #1 pick. With the number of holes they have contained by their team, neither Johnson nor Russell are going to be a first round fix-all. If they don't pilfer Johnson, I don'tunderstand why they wouldn't trade the #1 pick and get a few more drafts and I don`t know be able to get hold of an offensive lineman surrounded by that trade. There are gonna be good QBs to pocket later contained by the first round like Drew Stanton and Kasey Kolb that enjoy big arms like Russell, so if they traded down for more picks its not approaching they're completely losing out on a good QB surrounded by this draft. And trading down will give them the oppurtunity to swarm more of the positions that they need dire relieve at.
They should draft Johson trade Moss for a waterboy would be a good move
I chew over that they should choose JaMarcus Russel. He's got the size and the skills to be in motion with it. Plus the Raiders inevitability a good qb. They already own Dominic Rhodes and Randy Moss is most likely to stay next to them anyway, so they won't need Calvin Johnson. THe one and only way he'd dance to the Raiders is if Moss was out of the picture, and I agree near you he needs to be traded A.S.A.P. He could stir to the Lions, but even if the Lions chose him, that wouldn't be the end of their problems. Don't agree to the Sugar Bowl change your view about Brady Quinn, he's still a polite qb. JaMarcus Russel didn't have the best college games any. But lately I've heard that Brady Quinn took a trip to see the Cleveland Browns, his supposedly favorite squad since he was a liitle boy. The Browns said that they'd consider picking Brady as their #3 pick if the Raiders and the Lions didn't return with him first. He'd do good at hand. Overall JaMarcus Russel would be good for the Raiders.
Right very soon, if they don't do anything about the coarse line, whoever they enjoy at quarterback will not succeed. I really think they should possibly trade down to a lower pick, to see of they can find in the position to draft Joe Thomas from Wisconsin. They in reality may be able to pick up a veteran o-lineman from the squad they trade down with to safe and sound another spot on the line. Bottom Line is the O-line

Does anyone remember the tv show playmakers almost football players?

Question:if so are they making anymore cause the activity wasnt over when the series finished
Answers:

Yeah it was a pious show but ESPN had to pocket it off nouns because the NFL was threaten ESPN that they will stop license things to them because it showed a dark side of football even though they did not use the NFL within the show. They said that HBO was going to pick up the series(which would own been awesome) but it fell threw so fatefully nobody will know whether or not the team made the playoffs lol.
Yeah it be on ESPN with that linebacker who kill someone playing wasnt it. It hasnt been on since that first season and that be a few years ago. It never had really right ratings so i think they scrap it after just one year.
It be a good show but it portrayed the NFL within a negative means of access, so ESPN got alot of pressure from the league to call off the show. I think they should start over and do the show near a more positive story line (no more drugs, sex, and violence) later I'm sure the NFL wouldn't threaten ESPN with possible sanction.
Yeah i watched it dvd, rented itfrom blockbuster. I didnt chew over it was that desperate, But I think the nfl, didnt resembling how it portrayed the players, and put pressure on espn to stop playing it and it was cancelled after 1 season, rating werent that great any.
Yeah I remember it It had Cuba Godding Jr's little brother. ESPN get rid of it because it gave sports a fruitless name so to speak. It told to much of the truth and the NFL didnt resembling it.
no. its been cancelled. but you can buy the mini series on dvd in a minute.
The NFL and NFLPA told ESPN to stop making the show, so ESPN abided. Im disappointed too, b/c Pacman Jones would hold been a great calculation to the show.

Other than being in the region of smearing the NFL, it was poorly written and acted.

What the hell is going on? Theismann sucks, Kornholio sucks...I pray they don't put some idiot who can't even agree like Shannon Sharpe or Deion Sanders within there! I can't take what those babbling retards are motto! And I don't know his name but theres this guy on ESPN that looks resembling baby Huey from the cartoon...I can't look at that dude for more than 3 seconds earlier I turn it! Whoever is doing the hiring at these places should be shot! Oh yeah and remember Dan Dierdorf...that's how I want to spend my evening...lissstening to this lisssping losssser all hours of darkness. What the hell is going on?
I will when Kornheiser is as well!
cool

i will be means of access more happy when Tony Kornheiser leaves, i loathe that b!tch
I didn't know that. Great. He was one of the most annoying announcers on tv. He be worse than listening to Bill Walton annouonce a basketball hobby. And that's pretty bad.
So Kornheiser is still in that. I think I would to some extent have Theismann if I honestly have to choose. Actually they should can the whole crew and gain a GOOD one.
No keep Theismann, take rid of Kornheiser. He is so much better at PTI
What took so long to get rid of Captain Negativity.
That's virtuous, if I had to listen to him stink up the booth again this year, I would hold sent LT after him.

Whats the best NFL squad and why?

Question:Your opinion back by facts...
Answers:

The New Orleans Saints because we have the #1 offense from second season, even though we lost Joe Horn, we drafted Robert Meachem and also drafted some good talent surrounded by Usama Young and Tyler Palko and our drafted offensive smudge. We also signed Brian SImmons, David Pattern, Jason David, Kevin Kaesviharn, Eric Johnson, and we traded for Dolphins place-kicker Olindo Mare. Our defense has much better since making some good signings and our backup have more veterans and more great leaders contained by the community to show them how its done. Our offense will be #1 again and our defense will be 5th because of plenty of interceptions and sacks and also the fumbles forced by Charles Grant and Will Smith.
New England Patriots...because they are the last team playing as a squad...no egos...and yes, that will include Randy Moss this year...Oh, and 3 out of the concluding 6(soon to be 4 out of the last 7) Super Bowls...They are the best troop in the NFL...
honestly the Indianapolis colts not basically because they won the Superbowl but because of Peyton manning and i have my worries when ederinge James left but we come through with adai and i own my worries this year after letting Cato June go but i still enjoy faith that they will stay on top and the patriot will not win this year now that the colts hold passed the hump by beating them i believe that they can whip them any time
Ok The Best Team Is the Team with the most superbowl win and winning season. So I would have to influence the 49ers. Then the worse team is the troop with the most loosing season which I would read out the Jets or Cardinals.
The best team is your troop.
All time. You would have to consider the Green Bay Packers of the 50-60s near some of the consecutive world championships. The 80s-90s 49ers also terribly good. Denver have some exceptional teams.
How just about the Miami Dolphin team that go undefeated.

So many to choose from. But it is a personal choice. What is your best troop is the best team of adjectives time.
anyone other than the vikings except the packers
In my belief I say the Eagles. Mccnab have been out for a long time but the path they played last season minus him shows they are strong on offense and defense. With Mccnab coming back this season they are going to be a tough squad. Philly also made some interesting decisions when drafting. Every squad has their positives and negative.
THE INDIANAPOLIS COLTS! because they are the superbowl champions.
ima speak the dallas cowboyz cuz they got more heart and ballz than i ever done see in my time
CLEVELAND BROWNS!!!!!!!!...
i think this years best troop will be the DALLAS COWBOYS not only did they do great surrounded by free agency they also had a great draft they own plenty of everything qb great qb rating t.o. with most td's within the league with most of the orb carriers beside 1000 + yards everyone is fit and seems to be staying that track greg ellis is back you get phillips running the d and a fair pasture goal kicker and an offense that promises to be more explosive everything they be missing last year they seem to be to have coverd this past its sell-by date season and not only near first year players but a mix of good draft picks and great free agent veterens also not letting travel of any of the key players they hold get all set for another chapter of the dalls cowboy dynasty
Right now the Colts.
They are the defending champ.
They play in the weakest division surrounded by football.
They had a devout draft. ( wr - Gonzalez from Ohio St. )
Joseph Addai will really make that offense that much scarier.
And they own most of the key players returning.
Seattle Seahawks. They didn't lose any push button players except Hutchinson, which was finishing year. Every player they parted ways beside was a liability; droppsies or give up the big play. With the addition of Kerney and Deon Grant I expect a dominate defense. We also added polite depth along the O Line and if the starters stay healthy Hasselbeck and Alexander will own career season. Also the most important facts; Three Straight Division Titles and Four Straight Postseason appearances. And the end two postseasons we actually won games. This is Seattle's year and the appendage of the AFC dominance. There is usually ten years of dominance by a particular conference and the AFC have had it's ten years.
Right very soon the Colts, couple of years ago the Patriots, in the 90's it be the Cowboys, in the 80's it be the 49ers, in the 70's the Steelers, and within the 60's the Packers.
The Bills are the best team within the NFL:

This is what I like give or take a few the Buffalo Bills' offseason moves: They upgraded their offensive dash with the additions of a twosome of free agents, guard Derrick Dockery from the Washington Redskins and tackle Langston Walker from the Oakland Raiders. The 6-foot-6, 330-pound Dockery and 6-8, 345-pound Walker bring considerable size and skill that should restore the protection of J.P. Losman, who was sack 47 times last season, and comfort establish a more consistently effective rushing attack.

Marshawn Lynch will be counted on to replace Willis McGahee.
The Bills have a solid draft. They needed a starting running back that could be an explosive playmaker, and found one contained by first-round choice Marshawn Lynch. The former University of California star has excellent quickness to turn the corner on outside runs, the strength to rip through arm tackle, and superb pass-catching skills.

The Bills also needed a starting middle linebacker. They wanted Patrick Willis, but he be gone before their first pick, so they did the next-best item by trading up in the second round to parkland Paul Posluszny. The former Penn State standout has plenty talent and intelligence to step in right away at the spot vacate by London Fletcher (who signed with the Redskins), while Angelo Crowell take over for Takeo Spikes (who was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles) outside. Posluszny also could play outside if indispensable.

Third-rounder Trent Edwards, a former Stanford quarterback, was a nouns choice. At the very lowest, he could beat out Craig Nall for the No. 2 assignment behind Losman and possibly grow his trade value if Losman finally convinces the Bills' decision-makers he is their unquestioned starter for the long tug. At the very most, Edwards could emerge as the team's franchise quarterback if the starting errand should open up by Losman flopping or suffering an injury.

This is what concerns me: The Bills lost one of the league's best cover cornerbacks when Nate Clements bolted to the San Francisco 49ers surrounded by free agency. Clements would have be far too expensive to keep, but the Bills still could perceive the pain of his loss beside an inexperienced secondary that could see a second-year cornerback (Ashton Youboty) joining second-year safeties Donte Whitner and Ko Simpson.
THE CHICAGO BEARS. Without them and papa carry Halas, there would be NFL. They hold the first and most NFL championships.
Mn Vikings. We own tavaris jackson and bobby wade.
