Football Australian Questions and Answers

A interrogate roughly the bright hand surrounded by the support rule contained by AFL?

Question:mark mc veigh took an unqualified hanger today at the MCG but in doing so he used his hand on the back of the carlton player within front of him.

last year no probs he would and should be salaried the mark-but with the clean interpretations on the hands within the back rule it should clearly enjoy been a free see.

so my question is whats your clutch on this and do you think the hot rule can effect one of the great aspects of our game-the high flying discoloration especially if the umps start enforcing it to the reminder.
Answers:

It's a stupid rule, it's basically outlawing the specky red mark. Also as always the umpire are doing a crap job at enforce the new rule consistantly, I hold seen so masses obvious hand in the hindmost this season with no-free given and others that just touched the player in front and the free be given. If they are going to bring in hot rules such as this one the umpires requirement to lift their winter sport and enforce it properly and consistantly.
Forky, you probally know how I feel almost the umpires and the stupid rule change, its best for me not to comment anymore. All I can say, is that these rules are bloodshed our game.
I deduce we have to be clear that it's not if truth be told a new rule, they are merely choosing to interpret the rule in the correct attitude after letting it slide for about 15 years or so. Personally I in fact like this conversion, as it means players enjoy to be more skilful with the use of their bodies, a bit than just shoving a guy down to go and get a clearer run at the ball.
In answer to your interrogate though, the high fleck has gone missing over the finishing few years, and isn't really related to this rule, we're in a time where on earth the majority of the teams similar to to play "keepings off", and it's hard to clutch a high fault when you're chipping around, getting uncontested possessions.
I think it should merely be paid for a blatant shove. As it is presently it is too open to the umpire interpretation which is leading to an extreme withdrawal of consistency.
i think that the rule is crap and i dont see what it is going to do apart from carry the people watching footy going mental over crap free kick. and yes it is going to stop people taking hanger unless they keep their hand up in the heavens the whole time but let face it one and only a few people surrounded by the AFL can do that
its such a grey area because sometimes a push surrounded by the back isnt thorny and doesnt hinder a players probability of marking
but sometimes it does but the wrongdoer takes a hanger (see splotch mcveigh)

these new "interpretations" are whats mucking up a once-great activity
lol that and sevens commentary ;)

How do u deduce collingwood go ultimate nite??

Question:best game i hav be 2 they played awesome especally in da finishing quarter.....
dale thomas is a gun

Funny how people take action. If the team struggles, its the coach's failure, but when they enjoy a great come at the rear victory the coach doesn't rate a mention. Mick Malthouse , promoting the three rookies deserves great praise and also for getting the troop over the line "without" Buckley, Clement , Johnson , Didak, Holland, Lonie, and Rusling ,while Egan (14 games closing year played for Williamstown on Saturday). Critic's have apparrently over looked these missing 8, and the reality that the Pies only loss to date be against last years
Premier, on their ground, and next to the assistance of free kicks contained by front of goal, one 3 to1, a difference of '12 points', the Eagles eventual winning side-line.
verry good
Collingwood played okay, deserved to win. Dale Thomas is going to be a genuine star player. He have the skill and pace, to meeting it with any one.And he is not afraid to pinch a mark.
Good win usual first half come back economically and deserved the win hope the debut fellas keep up the angelic work, Dale Thomas is a future star Go Pies
The Magpies be in fine form and played a fantastic 2nd partially. The 50 point turn around was gold ingots!

I really hope they continue their form subsequent week when they play Port Adelaide.

Need assistance on afl footy tipping?

Answers:

1. Be objective, don't pick your own squad every week but don't tip against them every week either
2. Take into story recent interstate trips, days rest etc (but remember class usually wins out)
3. Unless they are big name, ins and outs don't matter profusely unless injuries have stacked up (or ease off) over a number of weeks.
4. Geoff Poulter within the Herald Sun has historically be an excellent tipster. They've taken him out of the 'experts' section and he's the 'footy tragic' a couple of page back from that presently.
5. If still in doubt, pick the home troop!
What exactly is it you wish to know.
pick the troop that you want to win
does that help?
If within doubt, choose the TAB favourite.
here is my nonspecific rule. look for the team beside the strongest interchange personal wise.

Although pocket into account home ground help and historical factors and hold on to in mind injuries to switch players
all this aside see for the team next to the strongest bench.
CARLTON rOXX
