No definitely not. He's done deeply in olden times for the club already, but he's just started next to the new shipment of youngsters... Fabregas, Van Persie, Walcott? That's only 3 and they're still on the road to recovery... although I do think he should carry the team to work on some set-pieces, and that should relief prevent a lot of the goal against Arsenal.
Arsenal dominates games in possession, and the just thing short is finishing, which isn't Wenger's fault, but the players' fault. I mean, if the players collectively took more time within placing the shot, I'm sure Arsenal would have at most minuscule another 15+ goals score for them right now.
