How long can sports last?
Question:Sports have always been an aspect of my life, and I enjoy them very much. But if we look at the world today and how it had changed in just a few years, it makes me wonder how long the entire professional sports industry can last. Technology is constantly changing, and less and less people are playing the games. Sports are constantly having swings; over the years, certain sports fade, while others become big, and then they fluctuate back. Am I wrong, or are sports going to eventually die out?
Answers:
I don't think they will, because as you said, some sports fade away and are replaced by another, and then they go back. Even today new sports are coming out of nowhere to be huge (i.e. UFC) and old ones are making comebacks.
